I needed extra postage for 28 hand made Christmas cards.   Purchased 70 cent stamps and saw the envelopes being hand stamped at the Arvada Colorado Post Office on December 14th.   Today is December 21st, and none of the cards have been delivered, even though all are in the US and many in Arvada CO. What's the deal?    Cards mailed after that date have been received.

I live in Arvada Sequoia Townhomes. I have an issue with other people's mail ending up in my mailbox. Very annoying, please fix this issue.

My package arrived at the USPS Denver CO Distribution Center on Feb 17 from LA and was sent to the Arvada PO Feb 18th. It has since been sent back and forth between Denver and Arvada 4 times. It was supposed to be delivered Feb 21st. It is now back in Arvada and I'm sure it will be sent back to Denver. Why can't you send my package to its destination ??? It is very frustrating to look up my tracking number only to see this going on . Do we need another OIG investigation of the mail service here in CO?

I have had a package waiting in a box since Thursday. The key that the mail carrier left does not work. I even left a note asking for the package to be moved to a different box, with a different key, and this was ignored. I'd really like to get my mail.

Don't bother calling the 800#. On hold yesterday for over 40 minutes. Another waste of taxpayer dollars.

This Post Office has really gone down hill. Earlier this year, we went on vacation, and we did a "mail hold." They completely ignored it. We were gone for a week, and, if it weren't for our neighbors shoving our mail in the box, the carrier probably would have let it all fall on the porch. Then, just this month, the post office asked us to leave food for the food bank by the mailbox. We did, and we clearly marked it. The carrier couldn't be bothered to pick it up.Now, if I'm just one address, and this is happening to me this often, chances are pretty good it's happening other places, too. We used to have good, competent, and polite service. Now, we pretty much have nothing...
