I have contacted the USPS twice. As a business we need mail to be picked up and dropped off daily. I put out going mail in the box on a Friday and Monday morning it is still there. It seems we are not the only ones with an issue with Woodlands Postal Service. They really need to get their act together
WHY, on the ONE day a week (Saturday) when most folks have time and opportunity to get to the Post Office for business, their desk is CLOSED ON SATURDAYS!!!! You cannot even pick up a package on Saturday!
If they "must close" due to staff shortages, then close one day midweek!
FIX the schedule and/or HIRE MORE FOLKS!
At the least, install a "pick up window" for when the main desk /counter is closed!
We live in Autumn Run Apts. 1180 Matmor and we just had a package delivered to us for someone who lives at 500 area of Matmor. And now you can't get hold of anyone at the post office.
The Post Office in Woodland Ga is never open. We need our Sunday School books. We can’t even receive our mail for the church. Something needs to be do. We are I. The process of getting a mail box in Manchester. Why have a post office and it’s never opened.
I am texting my complaint, I live on Cottonwood Street and live with a courtyard and every mail carrier we have had if I do not have any mail to be dropped off they just pass by my house. Not even considering that I may have out going mail to be picked up. This has happened numerous times!
Why is my mail always delivered to the wrong house? I am not aways lucky to get it back. Five times this year my box got sent to a nabor and I have not received it.
I can relate. Just recently had this happen as well and the post office has been now gone over a week to find out where my own was dropped and allowed someone at a different residence sign for the item but they don't know what neighbor. Maybe more formal complaints are needed.
My mail has not been delivered to my business for 3 days in a row. Every time I try to call the local post office it rings and then just hangs up on me.VERY fustrating.
I want to COMPLIMENT the mail carrier I had today! Too many times a mail carrier didn't bother to bring a box that was too large for my mailbox to my door; the item was taken back to the post office, I had to go over and pick it up. Today my mail carrier not only delivered a box to my door (I live in an upstairs apartment), he was friendly and wished me a good day. What a kind man, one who knows how to do his job well.
