I just cannot deal with these people at this post office anymore I've been waiting for a package the guy at the post office and knew it it was supposed to be here Thursday here at Saturday I see it's delivered I run down there at 10:00 to 10:00 there's nobody there already there's a slip in my box saying I have it doesn't even say they don't even check anything they just put a yellow card in my box and and call it a day so I called down the West Point and ask why my package is being held in there and not in my box where I can get to it and supposedly it didn't fit but here's the kicker it's a shoulder length wig for somebody that I know that has cancer we needed it today for a service and now we can't go because she has no hair and when I find out on Monday that that thing fit in my box there's going to be major issues. I do not want these people holding any packages of mine anymore I actually have a job and I can't get to them during business hours that they hold during the week so here it is the only day that I'm home on a Saturday and I can't get to my mail so I would rather take my chances with my neighbors not stealing my packages and have my stuff left on the counter where I can get to it because this is unacceptable.

I have had nothing but issues with this place since I moved up here it's been a nightmare I'm going to change my post office box down to West Point where the people are actually courteous and nice. I've had a lady there give me a ration about my post office box we were never told when we moved up here and rented that we needed a post office box because there's a mailbox out front of our house how would we know the landlord didn't tell us nobody told us so we had to get a PO box down in wilsonville then there was an issue with the fact that today people had our physical address because we didn't know we needed a post office so they made us change it again. then some lady in there one day when I was down there with my neighbor told me that the stuff goes to our physical address they're not going to forward it to our PO box for us that we need to change the address immediately that conversation didn't go real well I basically just warned her she does anything with my mail that's a federal offense. There was an old lady in here that got involved in this I believe her name is Kathy from what I understand and she's gotten involved in this which is none of her business and she's made the whole situation worse. now today I go in there to check my box and drop off a few letters I put on the counter the lady that's in there now tell me I can put them in the box so I put them in the box then she informed me that I needed to have a mask on and if I didn't have one that she would give me one and I told her no I'm okay. I have asthma masks do not do well for me I'm in there all of 2 seconds she is not my keeper she's not the damn covered police and she has no business telling grown people what they need and what they can and can't do.. these people at this post office are the most rude people that I've ever met in my life the only person who's got any customer service skills is the guy that works there the younger guy and I don't even know his name he's been pretty cool through all this but I'm sure it's been hard for him to stay out of the nonsense and the drama too because women always want to stir drama and these women down there are rude get him out of there I don't like them touching my mail I don't trust them and so for therefore we will be changing our PO box over the weekend.
