Ive noticed you steal mail correspondence and the and the correspondencia makes It to credit collections because you're stealing mail or wrecking any opportunity By mail. My understanding Its the banks and the network hurtleing. Bank of America, Bay Federal and Bank of the West. (1997- up to date.)

Why is it that ur drivers I have all respect for u guys with out stopping the the truck and having a word with him god blew love all of u speeding so fast in my driveway is wrong its 5 mph ur bound to hurt or kill a person if u keep doin it stop speeding please love u all keep up the good work better late than never .

Why is anyone commenting here with the expectation the Post Office will receive your complaints? This isn't the USPS website.

I’ve had 4 packages delivered to the wrong address in a row. Luckily, my neighbors are nice and honest and have given them back to me. I can understand one or two packages, but 4?!! This is happening in zip code 95076, Seaview ranch.

I have been evacuated from the fire in Boulder Creek, CA. I would like my mail transferred to the post office in Carpinteria, CA 93013. My phone and texted number is 831 338 2580, my address is 420 A Branson Ranch Road, Boulder Maryellen Branson

3 times I’ve ordered packages and the three times tracking says delivery attempted and location wasn’t found. Bullshit!!! The postal branch in Watsonville is garbage...

What is the point of this review if this is not read by the postal employees or any supervisor? Cannot access my mailbox (clustered box with a lock) due to the key not fitting into the lock - but cannot find anyway to report this except I guess going in person which with their hours I am not able to. Never see the postman since delivery is so late. And as others have noted phone is never answered just hangs up.

This is the absolute worst postal service I have ever seen. No one answers the phone, I get mail that's addressed to the houses behind mine even if they are properly addressed and then the mail carriers leave it sit here for weeks instead of taking it with them, I was supposed to have a package delivered ( tracking says it got to the post office here in watsonville on may 31st and it's June 12th and I still haven't gotten it), then I was supposed to have another delivered Wednesday and tracking said delayed, then it was supposed to be delivered yesterday and now it says they attempted to deliver it but that there was no access to delivery location.. my house faces the street and my yard isn't fenced and it's empty. This is bs. They didn't even try to deliver it. This isn't the first time this has happened either.

I know it’s a very unique time but I’m ordering stuff on line and as well as our mail it’s not getting delivered on time or they just skip us for 3 days. That’s not right. At least let us know this is happening so I don’t pay extra when I order stuff online and never get it on time. What throws me off is that status says delivered but mailman never delivered!! What’s going on??

The postal service from this post office in Watsonville is nonexistent. Our locking mailbox that services multiple addresses has been broken into such that the post office stopped delivering mail 2 months ago, before the Christmas holidays and they dogs not notify us in any way of this. I have checked several times and no one can tell me when the box will be replaced and delivery resumed or the name of the Post Master General at this office. Apparently there is a defensive wall between the lousy staff and the P.M.G. SO THAT NO COMPLAINTS MAY GET THROUGH. The staff does not approve of disgruntled, unhappy customers and they feel it is their right to condescend to and refuse service to such people if they do not like their "tone" of voice. I was told I was being rude for asking for an employee's name, who described themselves as a supervisor and then they told me to wait while they served a customer behind me instead of just stating their name for me. They also refused to give me the mail I came to pick up because my license lists a post office box rather than the address where the mail is not being delivered and I did not have a letter of authorization from the property owner to do this even though much of the mail is addressed to me since I manage the property. Imagine me maintaining a PO Box at another Post Office as my permanent mailing address! Go figure.

We need a NEW POSTMASTER in Watsonville, Will not answer phones, operator not advailable to help . The postmaster does not have management skills to run the post office, improper management of employees, customers can not call in, Amazon delivery lost or not delivered, lies about delivery and package will get deliver days later, lost packages,

This is the Watsonville branch on Main Street. I have live at my residence for about 4 years now. Our mail person have left many of our packages out by the mailbox, which is on a very busy road. I recently ordered over a $100 worth of purchases and now I am out the money and purchases. It says that it was delivered on Monday 2/25 at 11:30 a.m. It states that it was delivered in/at mailbox. I never got it. They told me when I called that it probably got stolen because there are a lot of thieves in our area. If it had gotten put on our porch, I would now have my grandkids gifts. I am so frustrated, because we have complained numerous times about packages being left by the mailbox. I think the mail lady or the USPS need to pay so I can replace the gifts, But of course I am screwed out of the gifts and money.

For the last couple of years the mail person has been leaving my mail box door opened. My mailbox is water proof ,but it has to be CLOSED. I have taken my soaked mail to the post office twice but it continused to happen What am I supposed to do about this problem? My post office is the Watsonville branch. I would like some how to FIX THIS PROBLEM!!

The mail carrier put my mail in the wrong box and leaves me someone else mail many times. Not to mention when I order things online they leave me the wrong key for the mail parcel or no key!

I talked with a lady representative on Friday, May 11, 2018. She said the Watsonville, CA (95076) Post Office hours were 9:00 to 12:00n on Saturdays. This webside says that the Post Office is closed on Saturdays. What are the true hours???

Today 8/13/14 i was specting to receive a package that i have been tracking since departure to arrival i'm counting on this package to get my job done on schedule this package was delivered to the wrong adress.. NO WAY I COULD OFF MESSED UP ON THE ADRESS THIS CARRIERS NEED TO KNOW HOW TO FALLOW INSTRUCTIONS DO IT RIGHT I'M PAYING FOR THE SERVICE YOU ARE NOT DOING THIS FREE..
