Went in for my 2pm appointment. Lady by the name of Toise was so rude. I understand that customer with retail transactions take priority but after we stood there for a few minutes she acknowledged the customers behind us for passports appointment after us. Another lady who I think was the manager was scolding all of her customers and had a grandiose attitude. I would definitely not be coming back and using this post office. Just a friendly reminder to the ladies in this building. Be nice to your customers!

We ordered two items- 2 Windmills. 10 ft tall each. We were told it was delivered and the GPS they have shows the pin drop for our house. We were home all day the day it says it was delivered. They insist it was put in our tiny mailbox or dropped next to the box. It's 10ft tall!! Plus the gate is always open and they have always dropped packages at the door. Why the change now? Or maybe just maybe they have the item still.......yes I'm being sarcastic.

I HAVE HAD A PACKAGE OF MINE SITTING AT YOUR OFFICE SINCE AUG. 6TH, 2019. I DROVE DOWN TODAY TO FIND OUT A PALETTE DROPPED, AND JUST MAYBE MY IDEM WAS ON IT. I 'AM NOT WAITING FOR A SUPERVISOR TO CALL ME. SO WHAT HAPPENE'S NOW. I HAVE PAID OF THIS, WAITED FOR IT. STILL DON'T HAVE IT.
