I hurt my knee and have not been able to get to my mail box. I finally went out on July 5th and my mail from the past 2 weeks was gone. How do I get it delivered again? I don't drive, so no way of getting to the post office.
We have had our mail boxes vandalized again. We have had to go pick up our mail for a couple of months. I feel we should be provided a PO Box to be able to pick up our mail at no charge until the post office gets boxes fixed. They should be able to get them fixed more quickly. Can’t always get our mail during their hours open. Huge inconvience!!!
We constantly have problems with mail theft. The checks that were issued on Jan. 3 and mailed (pick up at my box), haven't reached the vendors. I've had to stop payment and reissue. This is the 2nd time in less than 6 months. Who do I call about the problem?

The outside doors and mail drop box is locked after hours. The USPS general website says the doors are open 24/7. Consequently, we have not been able to collect our mail since Apr 30 until today, May 5. This a major problem and the reason this is done is unknown since it puts no personnel burden on employees. But, we have the potential of missing business contract deadlines, bills may be paid later and our credit rating might suffer. We have witnessed this before with other agencies. We pay you and your salaries so you can abuse us? Think about it, this is so wrong.
Is Temecula Post Office operating normally? Are all.you sorting machines plugged in and working? Are you fully staffed? If I mail state local letters will delivery be delayed? If so, how long will an in-state first class letter take to be delivered?
The Temecula CA post office on Rancho California has a stamp machine close to the door. I ordered 40 stamps but it gave me 50. Please have someone check this machine. Thank you for your service.
I live in Temecula California in a house on a cul de sac and I don't receive any mail in my mailbox if a vehicle is parked next to the mailbox blocking it. The mail person didn't bring our mail for days and left a note stating the reason was because of the vehicle parked in front of the mailbox. Problem is it's never my vehicle or anyone I know. It's the neighbors vehicles and their guests vehicles. I received important mail late such as car registration for example because of this. If it is true and the mail personisn't just being a lazy jerk than can I call a tow truck to tow it away? Like if their vehicle is going to be parked during mailing hours between 10am to 2pm? Since summer time there has been a lot more parking in front of my mailbox. My neighbors are inconsiderate jerks so trying to talk with isn't going to have a fair conclusion. Please respond.

Nothing good to say about this post office. Package delivery problem not addressed! Mail delivery problem, received a message to call back....office closed that evening....called three times this morning, waiting until the line is SHUT OFF....no one answers. It is well after 9 am.....how do we get any help, when we are in our 80's and driving is a hassle to get there. And, when we did last week, NOTHING was solved! This office is terrible.
You will be fortunate to have Mary help you. Thank you for the extra effort. Certainly better than the help I didn't receive from Pechange RV Rersort !
