All management from sylmar ca post office in Sylmar California are corrupted per Postmaster. Postmaster Micromanages and all management beneath him. Postmaster is having an affair with one of the female managers..! She gets her way and was promoted as soon as he became Postmaster!

Please re-hire Robert back, our retired mailman who knew everyone’s names, never delivered wrong mail to any random house, always served our area with a smile on his face, a caring concern of everyone on his route, always was consistency with his time at your mailbox, always walked up to your door to deliver important medical packages and boxes/packages that were too big for the average size mail box. Robert was always waving to those he saw driving or walking by him in his truck. He also kept his eye out for strange cars and/or people not belonging in our neighborhood. He was much loved and respected by us all. Please train your post delivery people to be like Robert. Treat our mail with respect, and deliver our mail with care.

I visited the Post Office and left my information regarding my mail being sent to other addresses. I am also receiving other people's mail. This is unacceptable that the male carrier cannot see the correct address in this delivering to the wrong address very often this needs to be addressed by someone.

We have a new mail delivery person and I am getting my neighbors mail delivered to my box. I am concerned that the my personal mail is being delivered to other addresses. I called the post office and talk to Carina, supervisor. She mentioned that she would addressing my concern with the new mail carrier.

I've complain about this before. I've asked for all medication and packages be delivered to our front door. Our mail box is located at the bottom of the hill, packages and mail has been taken from our mail box. We have a lot of homeless in our area. How can we stop the mail person from leaving items that don't fit in mail box and drive up to our house and leave mail at our door?

Since we moved to the area in April, we have had constant issues with package delivery. The USPS carrier refuses to deliver some packages, so they return them to the office and we are forced to pay additional postage. WHAT A SCAM! If the package does get delivered, they refuse to drop it where it is safe. Despite posted signage about safe delivery, they throw packages containing breakable items over the fence. This carrier delivers to the 15500 block of Bledsoe St. I have read reviews from several other customers with the same complaints about the lazy attitude of the delivery personnel. If you cannot be bothered to do your government funded job serving the people, then find another job!

Hi, I live at 14906 Envoy Street, Sylmar, Ca.91342. I expect a package delivery with signature required on Thursday May 21 2020. At 3:36 pm mailman drop the mail at mailbox and left. I have a video surveillance camera. He never walk in at the drive way and knock at the from door to delivery my package and get my signature. He stated my dog interference with the delivery. We are not at home at this time, my husband, myself and my dog back from Ventura County at 4:45pm. I request re-delivery my package today Saturday May 23 2020 and I still waiting

Multiple calls from my creditors for mail i dropped off at the Sylmar location has not been delivered. When I went to drop off replacement checks I found the drop off box had so much mail in it that the letters were not dropping down. This is election week in Los Angeles and San Fernando. The box closest to Glenoaks Blvd in front of the Sylmar Post Office has bee full for at least 2 weeks. How are the absentee ballots going to be handled since they will not be post marked or received by elections officials on time?
