Postal Locations

The US postal service in Sunland/Tujunga community has become an inconvenient, untrustworthy, and unreliable service. The mailboxes outside of the post offices are either locked or have been removed, requiring a visit to the lobbies of the facilities during business hours to mail letters. There is one mailbox on Foothill Blvd. in Sunland that can receive mail, but it looks unreliable since it is so dirty and has no pickup times posted. Twice have I given outgoing mail to my mail carrier at my residence that never reached the recipients. What can/will be done to rectify a failing system and service?

There is a dumped box spring mattress leaning on the side of the PO bldg that has been there over a week! I am reporting to 311 right now but why don't all the employees or postmen driving by all day report it!

Incredibly inept employees at this location.
