I was advised by the company I'd ordered their product from to check with my local post office, with a tracking number, as I'd not received said order as of today 12-6-19. The tracking number is:
When checking that numbers is states that the package was delivered to my address at 6:22 pm on 12-2-19. Obviously, we don't see or check for the mail at that time of night, so I've not seen or received that package.
I have to verify to the shipper that I've notified USBS in that they will send another order to me.
I have a home run business and needed help with a street address to ship customer's order. I called this Stockton, CA phone number (which displays wrong on their website & needs to be fixed) 6 times 11:57- 12:15 PST on 11/9/2019 and no one ever picked up when I called and my call was sent to operator. Each time you call you receive a Recorded Message which proceeds through a long spill (of things I don't want or need ...so a waste of my time from the start)...before sending our call to the operator there...only for it to ring 10 times & go to a busy signal. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED MY CALL!!!! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE! Not impressed!
I would like to log a complaint. I live at 2005 Old River court Stockton, CA. 95206 I am complaining because this is the 5th time my mail has been brought to me by my neighbors. Obviously your relief mail carriers do not read the addresses as to where they are putting the mail. Our Box is on a post of about 8 boxes. How hard is that to put the mail in correctly. Our regular mail carrier is a Lady and she does an excellent job. I don't have a complaint with her. I also talked with her an explained that on her days off, my mail has been put in the wrong box. I was waiting for my payroll check that normally is delivered on Saturday. My neighbor brought me my check that was put in his mail box today. I was furious. I hope you have a talk with your relief carriers at our location. Thank you for your time. Patricia Rose
