The woman that works in the lobby (Tuesday 10 am) is the rudest person I have ever encountered in any post office. I have dropped off pre paid envelopes for my small business and she is consistently rude to me? My husband and my kids. We will not be frequenting this office again and I suggest if you don’t want unprovoked rudeness you can do the same. Just an awful experience.

I believe the ladies name is Vickie Lund, I could be wrong! But I know she’s the main lady that works there, atleast she’s there the 4 times a week I go. But she told me I am not allowed to ship using a 4 inch x 4 inch x 4 inch box AND I’m not allowed to reuse amazon envelopes (which I can) and when I showed my phone to her which showed the USPS website that said both of my packaging materials was acceptable and she rudely interrupted me to say, “I work for UPS not USPS” and apparently she follows different rules. She also said I’m no longer allowed to ship using my 4 inch x 6 inch padded envelopes because apparently she needs to put the bar code on the same side as the address and the package is too small to fit both. This is just ridiculous behavior. She can’t make up rules first of all, but I’ve also been shipping the SAME SIZE packages for over a year now, she had plenty of time to say these were unacceptable packages
