A package send from Diamond Bar on 10/14/2020 to 11229 Remer St, El monte Calif. 91733, as per tracking number delivered on 10/15/2020 NEVER RECIVED HAS A VALUE OF $50.00 INSURANCE VALUE, where do they delivered instead? and how I can collect the insurance value.?

THEY DO NOT DELIVER ADVO IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY MAIL ON THAT DAY ,COMPLAIN MANY TIMES ,BUT THEY IGNORE YOU ,NEED A NEW CARRIER SUPERVISOR LISTENS TO CUSTOMERS ,TAKE CARES THE COMPLAINS AND DO A BETTER JOB
