I just saw a photo on X (Twitter) of a wall in this post office that has an upside down flag in the corner of a map on display. Please tell me this isn’t real. Is U.S. Post Office Postmaster Cy Hoblitt responsible for or simply allowing this tragically disrespectful display? I don’t care what your political views are, an upside down flag is disrespectful to all who have served our country. And it certainly has no business in a post office.

To us, Suzanne of the Soulsbyville Post Office is the Model of efficiency. When we moved to Sonora, I have to say, I received the worst of the worst service. Sonora should take lessons from Soulsbyville! I missed Carlos dearly when he retired from delivery. If you are lucky enough to have the Soulsbyville Post Office in your Neighborhood, cherish your lucky stars, because the other Postal services around you, do not have the work ethic or Management that employees will stand behind

Dear Postmaster, I regret that I fail to fill out the forms for review at the bottom of my receipt but wanted you to know I have never received anything LESS than exemplary service from the Soulsbyville post office. Especially from Suzanne, Cy and my amazing postman Carlos. This office is so kind, considerate, efficient and helpful.
