My frustration level is through the roof! I have had a package sitting at the PO for the past ten days according to the tracking number. I have called the PO repeatedly and no one ever answers and there's not a voice mail to leave a message. What the heck is going on? Some days mail is here in the morning, after 7pm or not at all. One carrier took our mail and shoved it in his bag, only for it to scatter in the street. Did he pick it up? Hell no. What is going on?
Our mail today, June 13, was thrown on the sidewalk instead of put in the mailbox.....again. Plus half of it was the wrong address.....same number but different street. This happens so often I have a big note on my mailbox to please check the street name. This does require the carrier to actually put the mail in our box Instead of the ground in front of our house. Our regular carrier is stellar but he had been off since the virus so it’s subs.
I can not believe the incompetence of the Sonoma post office.
Our mail boxes on our street have been removed and mine has not been replaced. So many time sensitive documents during COVID that I have been expecting . My mail has been sent back to the post office and lost. I have documentation of mail being sent since the 15 of April. Where has it gone?
I am completely dumbfounded as to why, why, why, that psycho woman is back delivering mail on El Dorado drive and surrounding area again! She has had dozens of complaints against her and yet she is back! She is rude, delivers the wrong mail on a daily basis and is straight up strange. What does it take to get fired? She damn near ran over a friend of mine a few months back and had the police called on her but yet she is still working! I don’t get it!
As of Friday, October 5th. 6pm
NO mail was picked up or delivered at our address. I called multiple numbers, with recorded information only. No place to leave a message. I am very frustrated as I was expecting important mail today and had outgoing mail as well. Not sure what’s going on in Sonoma, but this is unexceptable.

I requested redelivery of item no 9410809699939298566222 of a package no notice left on 9/28/2017. I only know about it because of tracking. I requested delivery on 9/29.2017. I made a copy of my online request. The mail was not delivered today 9/29/2017. If wasn't for tracking I would never had information about because Sonoma po doesn't. Have. A good record of making 2nd notices let alone first notices
new driver today and almost ran over my dog he was going so fast - my dog was in my driveway lying down and the driver drove within inches of her, it seemed intentional. He didn't see me in the garden. What a jerk! Come back tomorrow mr postman - I got something for you!
Since my postman changed two months ago there are days without any mail delivery, or the mail doesn't arrive until 5pm, 6 pm or later. Before my mail was delivered between 11 am and 1 pm. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the post office delivery now. A weekly magazine that is usually delivered Friday or Saturday still hasn't arrived; it is Wednesday. I am waiting for a check mailed locally 5-6 days ago. What the hell is going on?!
PLEASE Stop leaving my packages out on the street( busy Lovall Valley Rd). THEY GET STOLEN. I have a gate you can walk through and leave them inside where they are not within drive by and grab reach. FED EX and UPS bring them to my door. Not even asking you to do that. Just open the gate and put them inside!
17 people in line and 2 clerks. If I didn't have to have my mail held at the Broadway location while I was away you would find me at any one of the other wonderful post offices in Sonoma area. There is a definite pervasive unfriendly attitude on Broadway.
For some reason we have the worst postal delivery person in the town. Mail is never delivered till well after 5:00PM and she is rude on top of that. When you complain to the post master she gets even worse and argumentative about being complained about.
