I am sending a compliant because I was at 520 Arizona Ave and at 10:30 am the postal person who was Latino, 5'6 brown wavy hair and brown eyes, stalky about late 20's early 30's. WAS NOT WEARING A MASK. I want to be protected in all the City that I near by and I do not appreciate him not only wearing a mask but also refusing a mask when given to him. Please make sure that we all stay and respect all our local establishments.

Our building, 848 Pacific Street (90405) have had ongoing problems with receiving our mail when we gave a substitute carrier. The Post Office changed our lock (not us) last April and sometimes give the key to the substitute carrier and sometimes not; this is quite frustrating when receiving important communication and medications. We, again, have not received mail since Thursday, 4/8. So, please find a way to remedy this. We would appreciate this being resolved. Thank you. The Residents
On March 15, 2021, I received very bad service. The employees treated me with with zero respect, especially the women at the counter, who looked like she was in about her 50 years of age. She mocked me and laughed at me in front of the other employees because my accent.
Also, I’ve had the same P.O. Box for 24 years and when I went to get my mail, I found out that the key to my box did not open. They took it without notifying me and they claimed that it expired 30 days ago which is not right. I picked up my mail 10 days ago (less than a month and I did not find any notice of a renewal in my box neither did they notify me by email).They told me to apply again and gave me an application. I filled out the application and presented my driving license, my car insurance, and my car registration, yet they didn’t even accept my IDs. They also took the mail out of my box without my approval and without giving it back. The lady who laughed at me instructed another young lady employee who worked with her to not to give me my mail unless I pay for one month. When I asked about my mail for a second time, the young employee went back to ask whether she should give me back my mail or not. The lady finally agreed to give me my mail back. But she only gave me a few of my mail but not all of it. I do not know what they did with the rest of my mail, I want the rest of my mail as well as my original P.O. Box.
This was very disrespectful and unprofessional customer service.
i'm so sorry to say that many mails fail to arrive and there could be thievery afoot. The real poverty is of the mind that is incapable of percieving the long term consequences of bad behaviour. This racial control by people who will never find lasting satisfaction. Their next destination i don't want to know about. santa monica p.o, needs lots of supervision and rooting of weeds. The good honest workers are probably ashamed and terrrorized by the criminal element.
Truly cannot believe the unprofessionalism at this office. Every employee I’ve spoke to has no business working in a customer service environment. I’ve been hung up on, yelled at and cursed at simply for asking where my package is because the carriers “attempt” delivery, then keep the package for days. This office needs new managers, employees and carriers. Disgusting way to run a business.
I have been having issues with the mail man picking up my mail for almost a year now! same kid every time. I filled multiple complaints. this ongoing issue is affecting my business. i do not want this guy coming to my shop if he will not pick up the mail. I have spoken to the post master and yet it is still happening.
I am not getting mail at least once and often twice a week. Medication was sent to me last week and I was supposed to receive it before the end of last week. I got no delivery on Saturday (2nd day of no delivery last week) or today (Monday). And no medication! This is horrendous. I have tried to call and can't get through but based on the comments below, it doesn't sound like getting through would make any difference. What to do???????????
I have been calling the post office for a month trying to locate and have delivered to my address a certified letter containing my green card and sent from the Social Security office nearby. I have been put on hold for an hour at a time when someone has picked up my call. I have called at least two dozen times, spoken to three different people, "supervisors" of my zip code. Promises to call back which has never come through. If they would just tell me it is lost I will go through the whole green card application again (it took a year to receive after applying last time) and pay the $500+ with the application. On my fourth call this morning. Finally someone answered, now on hold, again. Honest to God, unbelievable!!!
In the last 6 months I have had 4 undelivered letters that I sent from the mail box on 4th and San Vicente. One of letters that included payment to So Cal was stollen and forged claiming a $400 dollars withdrawal. Due to my missing mail, I have had to pay the bank several time for stop payments. This is a catastrophe! I beg you to investigate and remedy this matter immediately!
The postal service has a few advertisements claiming that customers are their priority. A few years ago, we had a carrier that was excellent. However, he retired and there after delivery service decline. Mail gets delivered to different address or don't get delivered at all. I know that postal employees get paid well to provide delivery service. Why aren't we getting our mail on time and delivered to the correct address?
Service is horrendous. Packages get los. Packages dumped by the entrance of the building. delivery people are lazy to go to the second floor in spite of the note on the mail box. You can never reach anyone at the annex phone number listed, it just rings for ever.
Waiting for a USPS parcel delivery to address number 1230, clearly labelled. It was delivered to 1201 ?? They even got a signature from a complete stranger and did not check the name. Thank god for the honest people in 1201 who returned it. Still not delivered to 1230, 5 days later. What a service!! Never again. Stick to UPS or FedEx
Had a package sent through UPS who used USPS for the final deliver. Packaged was scanned as being delivered at 10:22p.m. That alone should be reason enough to give up on them. Once a package is scanned as delivered hard to prove case for theft - which obviously happened. Alternatives minimal - crooks everywhere
I submitted change of address over one week ago, all I requested was for mail to change delivery from the main house which is under construction to the apartment in the back, over the garage. I ran into my mail man a few days after the address change and he said he would deliver the mail as requested. 6 days later, I am still not getting my mail. I am unwell and regularly need medical information and lab requisitions from daily mail. This is far from acceptable and I am filing a complaint in this email. What is wrong with my mail man that he can't deliver my mail? This is atrocious behavior and completely unacceptable. I would appreciate any help you can offer me. Thank you
Was awaiting keys I needed for place I am flying to. Why was the pkg delivered to a business at 615pm?? lied on tracking site because there was no note left, no delivery attempted next day. now there is no indo re where it is . Called branch, both phone numbers repeatedly - NO ANSWER on either, finally a live person who took no info then put me on hold for 15 minutes. I GAVE UP!! where is the service? where is my pkg? WHERE IS ACCOUNTABILITY? THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS and we paid for 2 day priority. No wonder you will lose your jobs to FEDEX. NEVER had such poor experience. will never use USPS again. This needs to be addressed. It is now day 3 and I have no way to get info or anyone to answer. WHERE IS A SUPERVISOR??? have to go to the branch to try and solve this. Huge inconvenience and waste of time. NEVER send anything through them if you care about timely delivery or service.
We have a trouble at that post office with one of your employees. She keeps avoiding our employee that we send almost every day to mail lots of mail. That worker of yours always hides behind the door when she sees the customer approaching. She says she is going lunch yet she is helping other customers after our girl leaves. Antagonism is directed against white women at that post office. To be more specific it would be called racism. One of Your workers there named Robert claimed to be super "hero" vice (viser? whatever he calls himself) was very aggressive with our employee. He thinks he is a cap and tires to act like one. He harassed our girl. Since you have changed the location, there have been many incidents at this particular post office. We will take actions if the situation will not improve.
The absolute bottom of the barrel, always has been even when it was just the place you went to pick up held mail or packages. They have mis-delivered my social security check to the wrong address twice now. Lucky for me the people who received it were honest and hand delivered it to me. Nightmare. And forget about the parking, where if you FIND a space, the tail end of your car sticks out into the street and can get whacked by people turning onto the street from Olympic.... if it's not a compact your car is liable to be toast. Wait until the Metro goes through and cuts the already inconvenient location off from the rest of town even more than it already is. The horror.
