They do not sent the return label back and they have lost 3 packages of mine Terrible Post Office

Did not receive delivery on 9400109105114042317941. I suspect that the key to open one of the two delivery boxes was not put in my mail slot but that's only a guess. I also noticed that the 2 delivery boxes have not had any keys in them for the past 2 days. Could the mail service person check out this problem tomorrow or the next? Someone dropped the ball, according to the tracking my eBay order has been stuck in the Santa Maria office for a week Come now people your honesty is being questioned here I really detest thieves and neglectful people

I checked my camera videos at 1p.m on Sunday Jan 22, 2023. Saw The white Postal truck left a package in my front sidewalk mailbox Sunday Jan 22, 2023. My camera recorded delivery at 11:15 a.m.. I went to my mailbox at 1:15p.m.. The mailbox was open, the package was Stolen. I don’t know the Tracking number, what was delivered . I notified the police , described the person holding the package, but his face was not visible in my camera. His or her face was covered with a black jacket hood. Please don’t leave Any Packages in my sidewalk Mailbox!! Leave by my front door as my weekly kind Oriental Mailman Does!!! Thank you.

I have not reviewed my absentee Voting ballad. Checked the Voting Registration website and stated my ballad was mailed to the Battles Post Office on 10/10/2022. Where is it?

Our mail is being delivered about 7:00 P.m. What is going on?

A FEW MONTHS AGO, WE GOT MAIL AND NEWSPAPER DELIVERY BETWEEN11:30PM AND NOON. I JUST CHECKED MY MAILBOX AT 5:35PM AND THERE HAD NOT BEEN A DELIVERY. WHATEVER ROUTE CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE, THEY ARE TOTALLY UNFAIR TO THOSE WHO LIVE ON STONEWOOD COURT, 93455. JOHN MILES RESIDENT OF SANTA MARIA, CAL. SINCE 1960.

The (Employees at the Counter) inside the Post Office on Battles are ALWAYS so helpful and kind. The delivery workers are exceptionally peasant. They ALL have a tough job and I applaud and thank them!!

I have lived in this tract since 2013 and the mail delivery is always messed up. Our neighbors, including ourselves, are continually exchanging mail between houses because it is regularly being delivered to the wrong addresses. We just wonder how much mail is not even reaching us? All the streets have the same address numbers but with different street names. Seems simple enough, but the USPS even gets the street numbers wrong and others on our own street have to exchange mail. In fact, most of the mail we obtain, that is not ours, is actually for another street number address on our own street and occassionally another street. Can anyone read numbers correctly at the USPS office because this is not rocket science…, slow down and do it right the first time.

I already registered my complaint, but reading the complaints of others it would seem to me that the Postal Service isn’t doing much to resolve issues. I hate to see our dollars wasted but maybe you need to have an oversight committee to deal with these issues. They may not be important to you but they are to the receiver

SANTA MARIA CA. Disappointed with self serving postal employees. We live in the country. Our cluster mail box has been vandalized 3 times this year. This last time the person backed over the box and damaged so much that we almost could not fix it. We requested permission to move the cluster mail box to a safer location (1000 feet in on a private road) and we were refused. UNACCEPTABLE.

The tracking number for a package is a joke I ordered live birds that were shipped Monday they were suppose to be here on Thursday latest so I been updating the track number to know where my birds are at the time and date we’re way off wasn’t consistent fallowed all steps as instructed in the faq usps tracking got the same notice every time in transit to next facility turns out the whole time they were their on Thursday but according to the tracking number didn’t tell me that so i went this morning Saturday my birds were their but they all died if only they would of updated their tracking system and be precise I would of known right away my package arrived at local post office like other orders I made because of that all my birds were dead for those that use tracking usps number you know what I’m talking about sometimes it works smoothly you get details were your package is at gives you a peace of mind but not this time you can’t say it’s my fault because I was going based on the information they provided

Today, for the umpteenth time, my carrier has delivered two neighbor's mail into my box. This included their junk mail/adds; which I have made great efforts to stop coming in my name/address. Since this has become a pattern for the carrier(s) on my route, have have to wonder who is getting my missing mail. I am done walking the mail to the neighbors and shall put it in the outgoing mail box. Still, care and pride in ones job well done should be a priority.

Carrier today stuffed two packages in my mailbox! He/She had to work hard to stuff packages in box! Only other mail was two parcels letters smashed! This is not the first time...hence my review! The Irony is, my front door is 57 paces from the mailbox! After a few damaged packages I will monitor the professionalism of the USPS!

Your mailman left the key but no package I am sick and tired of this happening it’s been twice it had happened.I have photo I took and the mail was delivered very very late.and plus the item that wasn’t left was expensive.I just want my package delivered.cuz I will take actions.because stealing mail is a federal offense.

It is absolutely disturbing to find out that unless you wait in line to see a postal employee that your package will not be scanned by the Santa Maria Post Office. Which means if you use the drop bin or drum they will not scan your packages and your packages will not be covered by insurance or seller protection should they be lost before arriving at their destination if they continue to not be scanned. I had several packages last week that I dropped off on Monday morning that didn’t get scanned. Two weren’t scanned until they reached their final destination and three are still coming up as never scanned. As if I had never dropped them off. I was told by an employee today that if you do not wait in the line we do not scan the packages. That is ridiculous! I am furious that this is considered good practices!

NEVER mail anything important from US Post office!!! Paid for Priority mail from Santa Maria to Honolulu. Un trained postal clerk sends mail to Guam, thousands of miles further east, six days later still waiting. Package is now somewhere in transit over the Pacific. Don't trust USPS, send important mail via FEDEX or UPS, no faith at all in US Post Office. Tracking is a joke no info at all.

Don’t know what’s going on with our mail service. Some days we get mail and sometimes we don’t! This is new since our last carrier retired. Our mail use to be delivered around noon, now we’re lucky to get it by 6pm....which I believe to be the reason sometimes it isn’t delivered!

Hello who do I file a Complaint to? Around 10:30 am at Lakeview Jr. High one of your Postal Driver swiped me and he did not even know it until I told him. He drove in the Handicap parking where I was parked fast. I told him that he swiped me and he did not even hear me until I told him they Second time and I told him to pay attention he could have killed someone. I am a combat Veteran and this guy had no clue and I he said was sorry did not even ask if I was ok and grabbed his mail and delivered to the jr high. I am very up set.

I’ve been getting mail for other people in my mail box. I made a guns and ammunition report to VAFB. I receive threats and people find excuses to get in my mail box. I get registration for vehicles of people who do IHSS work and take my mail. I told post master a woman,who lives here! I’ve sent thing back like 5 times. Just keeps coming back. I get mail for Social Security appointments late. My daughter gets her unemployment paperwork late. I get flyers for supermarkets, from the week before.Sheriffs serving warrant fo people who get there registration out of my box. Do an investigation and I’ll cooperate. Just send an email.

Would you, please, teach your mail person the difference between a six and a nine. I am at 1926, but I keep receiving mail for 1929. This has happened for the last five years! Now, the new tenant at 1929 ignores my phone calls and his mail at my house.

I called post master about receiving alot of mail for other people. Like they were using this address. They would take my mail to get theirs. Then if I was lucky they would put my mail back later. So I would get app. Dates late or I also had money orders stolen. Now Im getting welfare and a car registration. People hanging around my mail box. Ive even sent stuff back and wrote clearly. NOT AT THIS ADDRESS. Then its in my box again. Is anyone paying attention?

Please speak to your staff the mail lady that takes my mail she uses bad words when walking in and out of my front porch. Maybe this person is not happy with her job.

I live in a alley in old Orcutt, when the regular delivery person is on a day off our packages get left wherever they want to leave it. Last week I had a $600 package left on someone elses porch. Thank god that neighbor is honest. And Battles Road post office never answers their phone

I would like all utility bills to go to 406 E. Hermosa St that should be the only address. No one answers the phone at the Battles Post Office so I thought someone might return my email. Thank you for your co-operation in this matter

For four years and several trips to the post office the delivery person returns about half of my mail to sender as undeliverable. I have never asked verbally or in written manner any such request. I have lived at this address for 16 years. Please, please do something to make this stop. What on earth do I have to do to stop them from sending my mail back??
