Postal employees in Santa Clara are not delivering packages to second floor apartments. Cards and letters are delivered but packages are “lost” or returned to sender—the postal carrier will not climb the stairs. Since this has happened twice in one month, I can no longer trust Santa Clara mail service. I intend to get my claim paid and postage fees back and wash my hands of you dishonest people. This never happens in any other city I mail to. UPS from now on.

This post office got a Package of mine, I live in Riverside county, the pkg was from China, they delivered it somewhere out there, not forwarding it to a post office out here, now who knows where my package is??! The person who got it returned it as well.... they have never posted what they did with the package from that point on.. very sad. That was an important order from overseas for my art business....
