Our mailman isn't delivering our package. The package is scan delivered, I'm standing right in front of our home. Our package are Not being delivered. He's stealing them clearly.

Tracking Details: Held at Post Office, At Customer Request We are told be the Governor of California to stay home, I was home all day.

I am really concerned about the status of the mail service. There doesn't seem to be a regular carrier on our route any longer. Different people all the time. The mail is delivered to the wrong address. I am getting mail from 2 streets over! Now the mail carrier cannot seem to consistently lock the mailboxes. About 4 times now they have left one bank or the other of the mailboxes unlocked. Calling into the post office is impossible. I have been on hold, listening to music now for over 40 minutes, just to ask if someone could please lock our mailboxes.

I live at 2411 So Alma in San Pedro and since they took our regular mailman away our mail is getting later and later, last night it was delivered at 9:30 pm and today at 7:30 pm before we knew that our mail would be delivered no later than 3:30. There has been a couple of times where we haven’t received any mail.

I was there 4:55 filled the address, no pen I had to ask for a pen I stood in line and the lady closed the window in my freaking face and said it’s passed 5:00 and she is closed, yes I’m calling her a (lady) cause I will not go to her low level and call her names. I was there before 5:00 I tried to find someone else to talk to but all windows were closed This is unbelievable as a human being , where is the kindness? The respect for one another? Over all she should put herself in my shoes? How she will feel if I did that to her? I stood there for about 5 minutes speechless .... Where is the manager? Anyone overlooking this? Who should we complain to? This is not acceptable by any standard period!

I like the Beacon Street Post Office. The employees have always been very nice and friendly to me and it's a beautiful building. When I called today the phone was answered right away and the gentleman was very helpful. I just have good things to say about that post office, except for the homeless outside.

I keep getting my neighbors mail, and mine is always missing. Can’t the mailman read?
