Why were my bags of non-perishable food for the food banks NOT picked up on Saturday?? You asked for donations and then when we donate, they are left at my door.....WHY????

I called them about 15 minutes before they closed and they finally answered - I'd been trying for about 20 minutes. A woman answers, I tell her my question and then she puts me on hold. She then forgets about me. The office is now closed and no one ever get back to me. WTF. Worst customer service ever. I just had a simple question about if my package was there so I could pick it up first thing in the morning.

The service provided by the Ocean Beach and Point Loma is a total disgrace. I have not received my mail in 2-weeks and because of that my water was shut off, my drivers license is somewhere, and my new ATM card is unaccounted for. I have tried to call them many times and still don't know where my mail is or if someone is trying to steal my identity. Thanks for nothing.
