Absolutely horrible service. Will not pick up any mail when requested with a confirmation number and failed to deliver a simple item that has been delivered before but they claim” unable to fit through front door”. This is absurd.
Why are we not receiving our grocery fillers? This is the third week at john adams p.o. perhaps new mail person? Per grocery stores they are sending on their end. Please solve the problem..... Thank You. They never their phone.
Never use this post office. I dropped off a package in the mail box out front and the package was never delivered or found. I went to the post office, talked to the supervisor named Alberto who told me he would check the facility as they were cleaning after the rush of the holidays and call me either way. A week went by, he never followed up with a phone call or response as promised. When I called to speak to him, the employee on the phone was extremely rude and did not want to get Alberto on the phone to speak to me. Its been 3 weeks and my package has is still missing. Employees here have a terrible attitude and are extremely unhelpful and do not care. I will be contacting the head of the department at USPS as I am a federal government employee to make sure that these people start doing their jobs diligently.
