My tracking # stated my check payment was delivered to my credit union. I called them and they had not received it. The address was labeled appropriately. It was an $8000 cashiers check!!
This is the second time this has happened to me within a year! Last time they found the check, which was delivered to a different address. And no one answers the phone at the local post office!Last time I use USPS!
Checked my tracking number, the result said my package was delivered earlier today. NOTHING WAS IN THE MAILBOX!!! This is the third time in the last few months where the postal service has delivered to the wrong address!!! YOU GUYS NEED TO GET YOUR S**T TOGETHER AND PAY ATTENTION TO THE ADDRESS ON THE F*****G LABEL!!!
I applied for US passport book only, the post employee charged me for US passport book + passport card :( $30 extra. + I don’t even need it...the card is not applicable for me... what kind of service....... :(
I still have yet received my kids package its been in San Bruno CA since 6/20 but was ordered in 4/17/20 no one will answer phone I've tried calling USPS nothing I need to speak to a real live person. I want to know what the heck is going on,at first I said I figured it maybe late due to the pandemic but not this dang long. Don't give me that crock of crap. I also call the post office that is given on web site but nobody answers there either and it states that they are working.
I agree with you I have tracking app as well and I ordered something 4/17/20 and the last place it state that it went to was here at San Bruno Ca. and I have been trying to get them people to answer and it just rings. Same with USPS. I need answers as well

My mom died 2 months ago and I had her mail forwarded to my address. I have not received any of my mother's mail and I had to go get it from the apartment she lived in. I don't mean to complain but I heard it was the mailman's doing. People in that apartment buildings were not getting their mail as well. 2 complaints were already called in but nothing done. Something needs to be done about this. I know it's hard to hire good help nowadays but this is people's mail we're talking about here!

rang for over 5 minutes. Someone finally picked up and hung up. Phone went to busy signal. Very Unprofessional customer service not a priority.
This post office keeps returning packages I send to a customer in San Bruno. There is no reason given on the packages, just a circle made with fluorescent marking pen around the postage information. I have given up trying to complete this client's order. I consider this a failure on the part of the USPS in San Bruno.
They closed my POBox without notice!! No warning, No bill, No second notice received!! They just closed the box and sent all of my mail back! One week I was picking up my mail and the next week they c!osed the box and changed the locks with no warning!! What the F...???
I had to pay a late fee and for a new set of keys when it was their mistake!! They don't know what they are doing!! Tried to call no answer.. and after2weeks I m still not receiving my mail.!!
yes, no one pick up phone at all!!!!!!! they never ring the bell and just leave a notice asking you go pick up. Come on. everyone have a job day time. Deliver after 6 !

Falsifying scans and claiming to deliver packages on Sunday.I never received the package that you claim is delivered today Sunday and you are closed!Package 4 day late and they falsify that they left package on my porch on a Sunday when they are closed!Shame on you USPS!
