I have dealt with Royal Oaks for many years with absolutely NO PROBLEMS AT ALL! For those of you that have had problems... Looks like KARMA is biting you in the butt! Try being more kind and caring to people EVERYWHERE and you will see how thing in your life will change...
Paid for express service but not for pony express mail delivery. I sent a package out last week and still find that it is sitting at the post office. With no way of checking on real-time paid for status or the ability to speak to a responsible person, maybe last time I use USPS. At the moment I don’t even recommend anyone use. As it is quickly demonstrating government unaccountability and inability to deliver on tax paid services.
Truly the worst service ever and I've been around for awhile so I've seen bad service. The Royal Office is a depressingly gray structure so it is not wonder the folks that work there seem depressed as well. They NEVER answer their phone-not sure why they have a phone number. I hope they do break up the USPS and privatize because these government workers are incompetent.
What is going on??- I received my Dads ashes sitting on my porch like an average everyday package on this pkg. it had a big sticker that Stated cremated remains and sign. Required- but left on the porch Also we always receive are mail in the dark-7-8 pm cant believe you have your employees working in the dark to deliver mail because they deliver wrong pkgs. and mail to the wrong houses -i had my neighbors and my neighbor had mine -Thank God i have good neighbors. Im expecting my Dads belongings and i pray they come to me due to loosing him to Covid on my Birthday -So please Revaluate your process i will be so upset if i do not receive my Dads belongings
I cannot believe that on a Wed I went to my box, a stainless steel Cup was in there but I could not get it out. I called 5 to 6 numbers trying to get my mailman to place cup in the large box and put the key in also added a note in my box to explain as well. Thursday, the cup was still in the box with the note and new mail squeezed in there as well. Friday, I went to the PO they had me writ a memo. I again went to the box in order to also write a note to place outside the box. I saw the mailman go by, tried to flag him down but he ignored me. Went to the box and again, the cup was in there with new mail. No one answered the phone numbers for my PO now matter how long I waited even though it was during open hours. Still waiting for someone to help me get the cup out of the box!
In all my 80 years of receiving mail in sacramento, I have never seen anything like this. I now get my mail at 7 or 8 at night and sometimes not at all. I waited for my mailman and ask what was going on. He said there was an increased volumne of packages but also that the management had made several changes such as starting mailman start time at 7am then 8am and now 9am. Also there are shortages of mailmen so additions are being made to his regular route of course this adds overtime .
MISMANAGEMENT doesn't even cover what is happening.
I also am dependent on revenue that I receive by mail on the 1st of the month. Last month I received that check on the 15th without a postmark or cancelation stamp. The check is mailed in Sacramento. It was obvious it had laid around some post office for those 15 days and then someone noticed it and put it in the box for delivery. I have bills to pay and food to buy I need my checks to come in a timely manner. Our institutions and government is crumbling before our eyes.

The USPS has been $billions of dollars in the read for more than 10 yrs. Haven't had a profit for longer than that. Nothing new. Want to be bailed out just like the car companies. They need better tech and leadership. Mismanaged yes but not new.

I received an unexpected package that required a signature. I asked the woman letter carrier “how are we going to do this and maintain social distancing?” She just smiled and walked right up to me and said, “just sign right here.” She was NOT WEARING A MASK. I was backed up against my door, it happened so fast, I was stunned. In California you are supposed to wear a mask when social distancing isn’t possible. I understand when they are out on their routes why they wouldn’t wear one, but when you walk up to a person’s home and will have direct contact with someone PUT ON A MASK! And of course, the post office doesn’t ever answer the phone so there is no other recourse but to write a review.
The mail carrier left the mail boxes opened. All the mail is exposed. No one is answering at the Royal Oaks or Gateway Post office. I hope someone see's it. The box is located across from 340 Vista Cove Circle, 95935
95833 - Mail carrier does not check box even when flag is up and does not come every day. Your site does not say that mail delivery schedule has changed so why am I not seeing the mail person Mon-Sat as listed? Is the USPO too busy making money delivering Amazon packages instead??????
For 3 days this week on Peralta Drive, the delivery person has ignored the red flag and waiting outgoing mail in our mailbox. Instead, the delivery person has lowered the red flag, but left the outgoing mail, along with the new mail.
A cushion mailer was sent from Oroville, CA on Sept. 13, 2019 Address to my name @ 20 Dorothy Rd., New Hartford, CT 06057. The tracking # was 9549015636419256129913. The content was a soft cover book from Poland. All I received was the mailer and NO BOOK. The mailer was OPEN. I contacted in Oroville, Calif and they recommended I contact the post office in Sacramentto, CA, as that is the depot they send their mails to. It was mailed via media mail. Having researched the tracking #, the mailer was received OPENED and NO BOOK was enclosed. I did check with the New Hartford, local post office here and they could NOT locate the book at their facility. Is there any way/method to research the locations /transports in route???

They never awnser I’ve called multiple times on different days in advance , i called the 1800 number and finally got someone who referred me to call the office . I let them know they don’t awnser and he tried to help as he could he sent a message to the office in regards to my delivery and yet my delivery is still going to the wrong freaking address. Good job.
bought money order for my third of rent and mailed from Marysville post office. My landlord has been calling because he hasn't received rent... There were 3 different money orders, one from a bank, western union, and mine from the post office. None have been received at there destination. One money order was cashed on the 10th of January 2018. The other two have not. I would like a stop payment on mine. the bank draft has been stopped...

Our mail is out of the Tracy, Annex 95304. We have complained to all the postmaster asst. etc. about not receiving our mail and receiving everyone else's mail? This has been going on since November 2016 and nobody seems to care! Carriers aren't even able to notice our huge lock box Flag to take our outgoing mail! We had four packages stollen over the Holidays that were marked delivered and we were told to contact the senders. They aren't at fault when they're marked delivered.
This is unacceptable USPS service and everyone in Tracy is complaining about the same problems. Postmasters just shake their heads and say we know? There are too many people that are capable of doing a better job that need work.

First of all the 1- 800 # I called must be to a call center in China somewhere because both times I called I could barely understand the person on the other line. They told me my package was at the Royal Oaks station so I spent the day calling the # they have listed, but nobody answers, it rings and rings, or it"s a busy tone.No voice mail, no message, nobody answers. Very unprofessional.
This post office is absolutely horrible! They are returning ALL of my mail to the senders. They know where my home is because they deliver parcels but are too lazy to deliver the mail daily. When asked they state that everything is ok and it must be that the sender is sending my mail to the wrong address. How is it even feasible that they could think that every single sender has the address wrong! When I went to the post office Sadie had me fill out a form so they could ask the carrier why the mail wasn't being delivered but refused to let me speak to a supervisor stating that they were all busy. I was at the window for over 10 minutes while Sadie went into the back of the building and was kissing her boyfriend. It seems that the workers here are too busy conducting their personal life's while at work to actually do their jobs! While I go in circles to get my mail they are off kissing in the back of the building. I now have two checks floating somewhere with the post office and my mortgage is due in three days and all the post office will say is that they will have someone call me in a few days!
This is by far the worst post office I have ever dealt with...it's the staff. An 8 year old would provide better customer service. They are extremely rude and short even if you aren't presenting them with a problem, but simply trying to ship a package in a polite manner. I've tried calling about lost package and been hung on or placed on hold and ignored until the line cuts off. How on earth do these people keep their jobs?

They Went Postal on Me & Those in LineI left the Post Office to the compliments & "quiet cheers" of those in line after politely refusing to give ground on their error in USPS policy regarding what can be shipped. This is an item I have shipped many times but it is confusing for these "professionals" so I came prepared with a copy of the USPS Policies. Annette & Irene yelled at me, yes raising their voices, which I never did.What did I do? Honestly, all I did, in a very respectful manner, say, "I believe this can be shipped under this policy. It *is* a little confusing so it took me a while to underst..." Cut off rudely. Irene knows all! We know nothing, even if what we know comes from the USPS website.I have compassion. I do not want them to be angry; I certainly do not want to be shot. The crowd that quietly cheered did so for a similar reason.Plus they wanted service so they couldn't draw attention to themselves. Even see the Seinfeld episode with the Soup Nazi??? eh? eh?I just wanted to use their service & pay them money, not argue. Suffice to say, my policy was right but whipped into a frenzy, the Postal Workers could not see the answer because they were too emotional. I envy their husbands...NOT. Wait. What am I saying? Who would marry a Postal Worker? Perhaps a Kevlar vest manufacturer?Supervising "agent (?)" Annette went to the web to download & print guidelines that seemed to contradict the policy I printed from USPS.com. Her policies were taken from the eBay instructions & predated mine by two years. Seriously the few things we still want physically mailed can go UPS or Dhl or FedEx. Right?
I went to the post office because they left a slip stating I have a package to pick up. I wait at the window for someone to come help. I rang the bell many times and no one showed up. I had to wait over 20 minutes just to be seen. I gave them the slip so they could find my package. I waited another 10 minutes. The lady said " I have no idea where your package is". She made copy of the slip and said they would call when they found the package. It's been over a week and no one has called. This is the worst service I have ever had.

I arrived at the post office at 2:40 PM to get my daughters passport. I thought the early close time of 3PM was a little unfriendly and challenging because I work. So I read the website info (above) completed my paperwork and got off work early just to be turned away and told to come back at 10AM. I was told this is the only time as not stated above. Can't wait for the next ridiculous hoop to jump through!!!
