Post office failed to get any of my bill payments to my service providers this month. I Put mail in my neighborhood mail box onJanuary 30th. None of these bill payments have been received. So, I had to put stop payments on eight checks and pay those fees. Then I had to contact each of the providers. I am switching to on-line bill Paying as quickly as possible. I am sure my envelopes are sitting In a garbage can somewhere in some pile i the post office. My mom was a retired postmaster, as was my grandfather. Using/abusing contracted and non-benefitted workers as postal carriers has not, understandably, resulted in quality job performance.
Previous mail delivery person left info over my mail slot in post office on accessing my mailbox at my home. Current deliveries this week have not occurred or were thrown in the driveway. Driveway fence is electric but access gate is South (left) of electronic gate.
Please add this information to my mail slot in post office to assist carriers.
Disgusting LACK of Customer Service...
Called over 5 times to speak to an agent, phone rings continously then disconnects. The toll free number is just as bad.
ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED WITH THE TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE...I DON'T WANT TO SPEAK WITH A ROBOT...NOT ONE LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. ANSWERED THIS PHONE...BUT YOU CONTINUE TO RAISE PRICES!!!!!!
WE are thoroughly disgusted - two different packages of very important meds and one large canvas - both state delivered on the same day - BUT WERE NOT - our RING VIDEO clearly shows no activity - especially at the time of so called delivery. Over two weeks now - so what happens - are packages just scanned and thrown somewhere - ?
We have had such horrible service these last 2-3 weeks. New person delivering our mail and she is messing up. Missing mail several days now even though I get a notification/alert email showing everything that should be coming. 4 days now I had to report missing mail. I have been calling and NO ONE ever answers. This is too much! DMV tags, credit card and other things never showed up!!
I am going through exactly the same thing. I am going to get dressed and go over there in person. I am fed up with trying to talk to someone on the phone.

This morning I woke up to find that mine and my neighbor's mail box posts had been knocked down by a vehicle.6 boxes total. I called USPS to report the vandalism and asked if I could move my mail box off the street and to the entrance of my house. I was told yes but had to verify with my local post office. I have been trying to contact the land park office(4 times) and get no answer. I called the next closest office and got an answer immediately. He said he would contact the land park station manager and have him call me. We'll see. Will try again.
I have a mail slot that allows mail to be dropped into my garage. Often, I have found my mail still sticking out of the slot and not pushed through it. Please advise postal worker that this is not acceptable before my mail gets stolen. My post office is South Land Park Drive.
Why have a phone number if nobody is going to answer the phone?? Received a phone message to call Mr. Eric Jones at 1-916-262-3107. Tried several times, ringing the operator untill the call is dumped. Not very effective!
Hi There, I sent a birthday card to my Granddaughter- 3 blocks away on January 2, 2019. I live at 1435 Potrero Way Sacramento, Ca. and it was sent to 4661 Cabana Way Sacramento, CA. to Brooklyn Zajic. It was a bright Pink Envelope and it was for her birthday. The mail was Picked up at my home on January 2, 2019. I heard the Postal Clerk and so did my Dog! Since their address is a few blocks away she should have received it by now. Something is Suspicious. There have been Substitutes LATELY and I hope they are Trustworthy. Help!! Children love to receive cards in the Mail. Please check!

I have made over 20 calls on this location and no one has answered my call... I need to know when I’ll be receiving my mail I need it ASAP.. I need updates this is very poor service what kind of customer service is this?
