Please greet and treat your customers with a smile and not a scowl. Maybe we can't hear so well, maybe we have a hard time seeing, maybe we have physical issues you don't have now, but may have in the future. I will never use your facilities again. Shame on you for ridiculing and shaming my age issues. Wait until you get old!!!

Dear juli, I am not the one who made you angry. I am just the german boy Martin, you mich have shared Redwood Hi way back in the 60 s. If it is reaĺly you, please send a mail to : If my coincidential finding is a mistake, please forgive me. Have a good day and stay healthy! Greetigs from Martin

The older woman who works at the Ross post office is rude and not a nice woman. She is never helpful, does the bare minimum to facilitate customers and seems happy when you package or mail is sent back to the sender due to a minor mistake.
