The mailman for Rohnert Park G section blocks driveways, fire hydrants, corners, and intersections. Today my garbage could not get picked up even though the garbagemen get out of the truck to reach blocked cans. My Moron mailman parked right next to the garbage can so that it couldn't be pulled out for the garbage pick up.

It would be very helpful if you could post pickup times for the whole day - not just last pickup. It's not very helpful.

I have been home all morning and yet I get from tracking that a DELIVERY was attempted a hour ago but could not be made due to my security gate. I do NOT have a security gate. just a normal house. I paid much extra for Sunday delivery which I will not get as P.O. is unreachable closed Sundays.

I live off of Carlita Circle and for the past year despite numerous times calling the RP Post office, even leaving notes and trying everything, my postman still does not pick up my mail everyday. I have to drive to the post office. It is a huge problem. Why should I have to drive to the post office? They are supposed to pick up the mail EVERYDAY!!! The woman Rosie who answers the phone has horrible customer service skills, she said she would talk to the postman and has never returned my call to say the issue has been resolved. Days after I had to complain again, (today) the postman took one of my letters and left the other one. This post office plays games, is unprofessional and inconsistent. I want the upper management to address this issue directly, get rid of the dead wood in this office and improve customer service, mail pick and delivery in C section. Thank you.
