COMPLAINT ABOUT REDWOOD CITY BROADWAY ST. POST OFFICE EMPLOYEES'
I HAVE BEEN REALLY UPSET FOR A LONG TIME, CAUSE FOR LAST YEAR PLUS, THE DELIVERY OF GROCERY STORE COUPON ETC, WEEKLY INSERTS ARE MORE THAN LIKELY THROWN AWAY BY POSTAL EMPLOYEES TO CUT CORNERS, AND RESIDENTS WHO ARE ELDERLY, DISABLED AND OR NOT CAN'T UTILIZE THE NEWSPAPERS PAID FOR BY SAFEWAY, LUCKY, SMART/FINAL, ETC. FOR REDWOOD CITY RESIDENTS,
I HAVE BROUGHT THIS TO THE ATTENTION OF ' STAR' AN EMPLOYEE OF BROADWAY ST. REDWOOD CITY POST OFFICE, AND I BELIEVE SHE HAS TRIED TO HELP ME , BUT THE POSTAL CARRIERS, JUST ARE TOO RUTHLESS TO BE RESPONSIBLE. AND SOME OF THE ROUTE DRIVER'S HERE IN MY AREA KEEP MOVING AROUND AND THERE IS NO STABILITY WITH POSTAL CARRIERS AND THUS, THERE IS MORE THROWING AWAY BY MAYBE FRUSTRATED, MAD CARRIER WITH THESE PAPERS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED WEEKLY WITHOUT FAIL NOT 3 TIMES A YEAR, BUT WEEKLY.

PLEASE ADDRESS THIS WELL PAST DUE ISSUE IMMEDIATLEY
P/S SOMETIMES THE CARRIERS SKIP DAYS AND SKIP MY ROUTE ON PURSPOSE IF THEY ARE TOO OVER BURDENED AND THEN THEY JUST DELIVER THE NEXT DAY OR THE NEXT DAY AFTER. NOT GOOD HERE! SHOULD I REPORT THIS TO US POSTAL INSPECTION ON EMPLOYEES THROWING AWAY CONSUMER MAIL BY STORES THAT ARE NOT EVER GETTING DELIVERED TO REDWOOD CITY RESIDENTS?

My work permit and green card both got delivered at my old address in Redwood City even if inside the box there is the notification of change of address. This is unacceptable. I don’t know what to do to retrieve my mail now that it has been delivered.
I wish there was an efficient way to communicate with the USPS. I love this agency but at times it gives bureaucracy a bad name. No email and they don't answer the phone. And today this option doesn't work. At the moment I believe my carrier isn't delivering my magazines and some junk mail. I haven't seen a copy of TIME since December. I don't miss the junk mail but the volume of my mail has fallen off so much since December that I worry they're going to find a garage full of undelivered mail at some future date.
Temporary carrier is again not delivering my mail to my address, 1831 Whipple Ave. I do not appreciate it being dropped in neighbor's box. Neither does neighbor. Also, both post office branches in rdwd city never answer phone, Doing so should not be that difficult!
To the RWC Main P. O./ Supervisor for Jefferson St. P.O. : My mail is still being forwarded to a Texas address. I already cancelled Mail Forwarding by filling out the form for mail to be sent back to my permanent address: P. O. Box 343, Rewood City, CA 94064. Please correct the problem. Thank you.
The carrier continues to deliver this pack of papers even if its addressed to a house up the street. (Nimitz Ave) I have made it clear to Retail Me Not to remove me and they have done so with other addresses in other cities but this keeps coming even if not addressed to my home. The carrier seems to have to dump as many as they possibly can.Carriers need to respect the address that is on the mailing and stop dumping this junk in random boxes just to get rid of contracted junk mailings.
USPS is terribly underfunded and currently being sabotaged from within. It's a government SERVICE, NOT a for-profit business. It's the President's and his mega-donor Postmaster General DeJoy's fault.

Someone at the post office on Broadway has been stealing cash out of mail. Mgmt continues to deny any suspicious activity.
Outgoing mail (indicated by flag up on mail box) is often not collected until incoming mail is received. Sometimes even then, outgoing mail is left inside box (this was happening before quarantine but especially now it seems counterproductive to imply I should go to the post office to send standard mail).
