How come my letter was returned as "No Mail Receptacle" .. Returned ??????? . Someone is not doing their job. I have been sending mail and packages for a very long time to my brother's place . First time I EVER got a return ,,to boot ,,NMR! . I am disabled and on a Very low income. I can't afford your delivery man's mistakes . I feel because of the rain lately, someone would rather write "total B.S."and toss mail back, rather than get wet by going to a mailbox. As well either Not Trained ,or plain Lazy .Whoever it is, Is Making The Boss and Colleagues Look Real Dumb ... and also not one F given as to customer service .If I was postmaster general, and that employee was under my management, They would be brought into the office, on the carpet ,explaining their sob story. I see others are making similar comments too, and with all of the stress in the world going on, how about doing the right thing . After all, red white and blue represents America , and USPS sports those colors as well ... Whoever does delivery on St Marys Ave towards the police dept end needs to straighten up ..Another friend also said they havent gotten their pg and e bill either. Same area. Stand Up and do the job right man . You makin the whole place look bad ..

I have a brown box labeled “packages” and a mailbox, they’re nonstop trying to shove my packages into my mailbox, where they’re constantly sticking out. Could easily be stolen… I get you’re busy, but you’ll be a whole lot busier delivering replacement packages if you can’t just be kind the first time… Photos available if managers need them. ☺️

Yesterday we saw the lady delivering mail so we put our dogs in and waited, she put a slip in our box which is literally 4 steps from our door stating she knocked and no one answered, she did not knock we were waiting for important documents that needed to be sign for, I had to wave her down to get her to come back asked why she didn’t knock she said she didn’t want to wear a mask so she left it in her truck and was rude about having to walk back to give us our mail, this isn’t the first time our usual mail carriers are always nice and do their jobs we have a ring cam so we know when they arrive and leave if masks are required ( she should have one on her at all times weather she needs it or not) I do not believe they are required and kind of don’t care, it seems lazy there’s no reason for her to deliver part of our mail and not the registered mail that needed a signature, I live on the 300 block of Jefferson so check your ring cams if u got a we tried to deliver notice she probably didn’t try, do they get to decide how much mail is delivered each day because she did

My box was pretty damaged when I picked it up from the mail box today. Luckily there was little damage to the object inside. A few days before that I had another package dropped off and it had a hole in the side. Luckily the object inside was safe from damage. What is happening to your priority mailing???

They are horrible at their services I have gotten packages sent to me and never received a notice from them that my package was there then when I called the people about my things they said that it was already there .The people at the office told me that the have tried to notify me and that they came by my home. Which is false because I'm a stay at home mom and I'm home all day and have never received any info. Then I had to pay just to get a package that I been paid for.

It's a shame when a once respected tax payer service can just fall apart. USPO Good Customer Service ?Gone, gone, gone. .
