I spoke with a supervisor about my mail key hole being vandalized he said it was MY responsibility and i needed to pay for it. He put me on hold for 10 mins and then got on the phone saying they were taking all my mail and putting it-on a hold. I asked when the carrier would be here so i can just meet him outside and grab my mail. He said “no your not doing that they are still taking it” and i asked for his name he said Fernando and he said he was the supervisor i asked if i can speak to someone else he said he was the only one there which is obviously not true. then i asked for his last name to report him and he said he wasnt giving it and then said “whats your name”. I gave it to him bc i didnt care but he was INCREDIBLY rude and refused for me to talk to ANYONE else if this is your supervisor DO BETTER.

What a beautiful job that was done on the landscaping in front of the postoffice. I'm 84, have lived here all my life and never can I remember the office looking so gorgeous. Thank you

I went to the post office today (01/17/2017) like around 12:30pm. I took 2 BIG boxes to send to Mexico by myself and nobody had the nerve to help me with the boxes. Not even the employees. I did not like how I was attended at all! >:( The employees had a very sour face on me. There names were Yesenia and Dana
