When having items weighed on scale, I noticed a finger pushing down and said ........" are u for real?".... And employee turned entire body (swiveled in chair) TOWARDS ME THRU SAFETY WINDOW saying...."PROVE IT!".........

Mail service is unprofessional. Never pick up outgoing mails, put the wrong mail address to the wrong mail boxes. It seems to be unhappy all the time.

You guys are giving people partial locker keys that don’t work at the San Marcos apartments not OK

I’m mobility impaired and I was thrilled to learn the USPS will pick up outgoing packages from my house. Online, you submit a request for pickup; package located at my front door. Two days in a row I requested this service. Two days in a row I received email stating USPS picked up my package. How? It’s still sitting on my porch. Our mailman now comes around 8 pm instead of 5 to 6 pm. And getting somebody else’s mail is just a given. You see the residents walking around everywhere delivering the mail to correct address. Just kidding. Didn’t think the USPS could get any worse.

The black lady at the window was super rude and disrespectful. Yelling at everyone who walked in. She’s a lighter skin black. Red/orange hair. Very unprofessional and ghetto. Please clean up this place.

I received a letter that was already opened. Strong possibility post office personnel opened it. Very disgraceful.

The drive up mailboxes at the Pittsburg location are almost overflowing for the past several days I suppose no one has emptied the boxes for all of those days. None of the mail has been removed so there is one explanation for the long delays in mail getting to locations. What am I supposed to do? I guess from now on I have to go inside the post office to mail my letters and bills. What sad situation when the mail box can't even be emptied properly!

My mail has be thrown over my fence 3 times. One package was broken, it was a birthday gift. I was home today and saw the package heaved ho into my backyard....that isn't cool!!! My front Door was open with then screen and NO ONE approached it, I have a door cam ,I checked...

How is it, I was home, GOT MY MAIL, but my package that was suppose to come WITH SAID MAIL, was marked “NO ACCESS” WHERE WAS THE LACK OF ACCESS?!!!! My mailbox is ON MY PORCH?!!! Clearly you got to the door to deliver my mail why the hell could you not leave me my package AND OR KNOCK?!!! Sincerely, A PISSED OFF FEDEX DRIVER(disgraceful service USPS)

Maybe if the Mail Person that delivers to the Complex would get the mail there before 7:30PM or 8:00PM the mail Would NOT be Stolen.

2 separate gift cards sent to me during the holidays were stolen, and mail continues to be delivered to wrong addresses for the Halsey Way & Halsey Ct. area. The 835 Railroad post office location needs a lot of improvement and accountability for mail theft.

There are no letters in our mailbox for 3 days... My credit card has been delivered... The terrible thing is that the credit card was taken away by the gas station... The keys are only available to the post office staff... No responsibility

They dont scan all their packages. You are not going to get end to end tracking here. The acceptance scan is the most important scan. Without that you are totally screwed. You have no proof you dropped off a package. A little advice. When you drop off a prepaid package. Ask for a receipt. And if they refuse, ask for a supervisor. And even then it still may turn out bad for you.

Postal workers actually stole misplaced refused mail for box purchased nothing in box using my key. Complaint every week to Cherrie about problems not getting mail but she says you have mail only later get admission of massive gross error boxes mislabeled from inside caused ID theft horrific errors no accountability at this post office leave before they harm you! Returned our mail but unable to provide apology pay damages admitted was their fault! Hold people responsible get names tell the boss get DeSaulnier to fire all!

Mail service in this area is unprofessional. They steal (take mail from your mail box) if it gets full instead of leaving current mail for pick up. They put a hold on all your mail if you can't get to the mailbox in your apartment complex when you are a single mother working yourself to death in the city and are too tired to pick up mail in the pitch black dark late at night with your children. Too dangerous but do they care? NO!!!!

Pittsburg Post Office at 835 Railroad Ave., mail carrier in Bay Point covering Gregory Drive didn't deliver our mails from June 23rd to July 11th were placed on Hold while We were on vacation. We're waiting from July 10 to 11 for our mails but, no mails came to our mail box. It's impossible that not even 1 mail got in or delivered. We usually received our mails if not daily, at least every other day. We suspected that our mails were taken from inside of the post office or were personally opened up for personal gain or access for financial reason.
