I ordered a package on eBay and it didn’t get delivered
Our mail always gets sent to the wrong address on multiple times every time I order a package it doesn’t get to my house but the seller says it was delivered when I ask for a refund the say No refunds
Please stop dropping boxes over our gate, because of the dogs. Your postman or women put a Chewy box over the fence, and was destroyed by our 2 dogs. A Chewy box is a treat when think it's appropriate for them.
Let me just say all post offices are a joke and people choose when they want to do their job. You can call 100 times and they will never answer the phone. Every post office is 2 months out on passport service and have to make an appointment. “For Covid reasons” however you go into the Perris post office and the line is ridiculous! It’s just another excuse to why they can’t do their job. Everything about a post office is joke literally!!! You try to make an appointment online for passport and if you find an opening it will simply not let you pick a time to come in. So this is why I call but guess what, no one will ever answer. Such a joke our tax dollars go to paying these guy’s.
I sent my grandson package through priority mail. It was suppose to be there June 24. I called the post office and someone returned a call and asked me to have my son recheck to see if a key was left in his box . He did recheck no key and the bigger boxes had all their keys in my son checked in there and he found the box I sent. It was there with a note on the box sent to the wrong address and my son has been having trouble with this. I send stuff through year and I expect it to be delivered to the right address! Not the wrong one . I hope the manager takes this series and takes care of the issue asap!!!!!!!
I need my mail whats going on haven't received no mail at all this week in our street people are kinda wondering whats going on not even a notice or warning i hope we have everything under control i might just have to purchase a p.o.box from here on.
Lost package. Couldn’t get anything from carrier supervisor but empty promises of a call back, and little or no action. I’m deeply angry that the usps can be so unresponsive to customer needs, and uninterested in matters of great importance to postal clients in the 92570 area code.
I have done 3 address changes since 11/2017 and yet I am still receiving mail at my OLD address. I have tried to calling but your waits times are 40mins plus. Additionally, when requesting I have tried a call back the dialer hangs up this is unacceptable. My NEW address is still pending. Please update your records fasterrrr . Why must this process be so difficult? Should we be reaching for a higher source? this kinda stuff can compromise a person life.
It is difficult to speak to someone via phone from the Perris post office. There is always a busy signal. I am not sure if they leave the phone disconnected on purpose because it happens all the time. I am currently on the phone with the 800 number and the wait time is 50 minutes!!! 50 minutes!!!
Costumer service is terrible. I was calling to this office for about 30 minutes and I got a busy signal
