I live in East Palmdale 93552 and just wondering if the weekly grocery ads are no longer delivered to our mail boxes? I am a senior on a very limited income and only able to shop for groceries once a week and I depend on the ads to decide what store I will go to!! Unfortunately I haven’t received any ads the last 2 weeks👍 I would appreciate any information you can give me thank you 👍

Staff is extremely rude, asked for the price of one of the envelopes multiple times and she ignored me in my face. Unbelievable

My mail is consistently delivered to the wrong address, and now, my package was lost, and no one is responding - even after submitting a claim. It's appalling!

11/19/20, after numerous attempts to reach someone at the Post Office in Palmdale, Ca (661-266-2504), I just let it ring. After about 20 rings it was clear that "Someone" picked up the line and dropped it back on the cradle, thereby hanging up on me without even bothering to communicate. Reason for calling, mail carrier stopped delivering mail to elderly and handicapped home owner despite a letter informing the carrier to deliver mail to the court yard. Plus ignores a "Official" tag in mailbox to do the same.

On 11-6-2020 my package was delivered to a wrong address. The tracking number is 9400108205496849812112. It was not my next door neighbor, but like 8 houses away. Luckily she was a good neighbor and brought me the package.

The mail man threw my package over the fence on the ground didn't care if he broke it or not. Saw him on my security camera and UPS driver also saw him and commented that he wouldn't do that.

I kid you not I was on hold for 48mins before someone answered and said “someone is ahead of you” then hangs up on me. I had to be put on hold for another 29 mins before someone answered like I did such a terrible deed to them for calling. I asked about my package said it’s not here then hangs up. So like where is it then?

To whom it may concern: In these tough times, it is unbelievable that people who are very unprofessional work with you to distribute my mail because they sent back my paycheck. Thank you for your attention. This happened here, on 12th st. East. Have a nice day.

There is a huge problem with the carrier for Calistoga St, Palmdale. I would think that he/she did not know how to read addresses, but I am sure he/she had to take a test to get the job. Our mail is delivered consistently (not occasionally) to wrong addresses, from our street to others further away to other states (yes, other states as Texas. I have informed the post office without any luck. The carrier still does this. Neighbors get my Workers' Comp checks, online order packages which I don't get back, etc. and I receive their packages and mail. Something has to be done to hold this carrier accountable for his/her lack of delivery to correct addresses. If not the carrier then possibly a sorter at the post office . Please, please help him/her do a good job.

Thanks for delivering one of my son's Christmas presents to an unknown address! Now I have to file a claim and replace this with my own money. This has happened before.

I send many gifts and package by mail. The only time there is ever a delay is the fault of the THIS Palmdale PO location. I suggest you get some help that knows what they are doing. You suck.
