Please do something about the Glenview district-94602 I don’t get my mail delivered on the correct day or sometimes not at all. Then the carrier puts my mail in wrong mailboxes. Very important mail I not getting it’s very frustrating to have to chase down mail where I pay rent to.

We placed a mail hold, CAH453277020 for 2/21/2023 - 2/28/2023, but the carriers continued to deliver the mail. Also, mail delivery has been very inconsistent. There have been times when we have gone without mail for two or three days. You need to get better. Missing one day is understandable, but not longer than that.

Tiffany our carrier is super but her hands are tied by management. We are not getting our mail on time. It is Jan. 3 and I just got some Christmas cards. We are not getting our mail on time!!! She said that management is not letting her finish her route at the end of the day. The priority at the end of the day is delivering packages not mail. I have not been receiving important bills and tax information. Please change your priorities and service this route!!! Thank you

Please come up with a permanent solution for zip code 94602, Glenview district of Oakland, with mail delivery Mondays-Saturdays consistently. I understand many long time postal carriers have retired and or out of disability. No receiving mail 2-3 days a week is not acceptable and very disappointing

Hold Mail service did NOT WORK. In fact, it was worse than if I hadn't requested it! Mail was continued to be delivered the whole time we were gone. My neighbors picked up our mail and your printed Hold Mail Request from our crammed mailbox. Neighbor showed printed Hold Request Mail form to carrier but mail still kept being delivered. At one point another Hold Mail Request WITH ALL THE DATES WE WERE AWAY was attached to the outside of mailbox! This system is worse than broken. It is dangerous!!

Your delivery man never put my mail delivery package note that I have package until yesterday. It says 02/27/21 I never got the note until yesterday evening. I check in the morning of Friday Saturday my mail there’s no note at all. Then on Monday evening I saw the note in white paper that I have a package undeliver and the last day was 03/01/21. What a lousy delivery you’ve got and the items will be returned yesterday. Then your phone doesn’t answer. Can you check he package EJ635539055US if still in your possession. The regular mailman usually put a note in my box and I sign it, but this one was I never received.

Some carriers from this annex, Oakland, CA 94612 scan packages as delivered when no to attempt to deliver was ever made. I've had items scanned as out for delivery or delivered that were never delivered. This seems to be happening more often.
