I have a problem reading this review. Is it in English? I felt like I was having a stroke trying to read it. Maybe there was miscommunication while you were there.

I have been calling the Novato P.O. for 2 days and no one ever answers! We have been receiving many of our neighbors mail (it’s a condo) for at least 6 mths.. Yesterday there were 4 pieces in our box and 1 piece was ours. The other 3 were for 3 different addresses. One was a bank card from B of A, another was a bill from Macy’s and the recipient told me that they do list her account number on the bill, and the last was a car registration with the new stickers inside! Now you tell me, would anyone out there be comfortable with those items being delivered to someone else’s house??!!

Sounds like a real problem…. Have you tried scraping off the gold on your gold plated problems by chance?? I hear it can help.

I live in the 2500 block of Center Road. Three weeks ago a letter to a Santa Rosa address from a Cotati address was among my mail. I circled the address and left it for the carrier to collect the next day. Two weeks ago I ended up with the PG&E bill for the house across the street and did the same thing. Last week my neighbor hand delivered three pieces of my mail left in their box. Yesterday, five pieces of my mail was brought to me by the same neighbor. We have lived here for over 40 years and almost never have had misdelivered mail. Now it has turned into a regular occurance. Please look into this and correct your problem(s).

Well, thank God you have good neighbors that hand deliver your mail. Post office isn't the same as it used to be. My dad was the postmaster in San Rafael for over 25 years, back when they really did a good job. Back when ALL post office workers were friendly. Now a days you are lucky to even get a smile out of them or even a "Hello" sometimes.

Been 60 years in Marin County. Never met a bad Mail carrier. I admire them. In rain or heat, dealing with the traffic and vicious dogs or even people, they do an excellent job. Mine have always gone the extra mile. They provide a great service, like everyone else, they are only human, Don't ever forget them on Christmas.

Your drivers are the laziest postman I've ever seen. Leave a message on my car that's not even blocking the mail boxes because you CAN"T DRIVE UP AND PUT THE MAIL IN.
