I was waiting for a package today. They text me and said "There is an issue with one or more of your recent deliveries in transit". USPS want me to pay $ 1.00 for redelivery of my package....i only have one small package coming that could fit in my Mail Box....That's why people don't really use the Post Office that much anymore... It's UPS, Amazon, FEDEX available and other carriers.....Shame on You USPS

THIS POST OFFICE IS HORRIBLE. RESPECT FOR THE INDIVIDUAL DOESN'T GO FOR THE NORWALK POST OFFICE. SOMEONE IN THIS OFFICE IS OPENING MAIL AND PACKAGES, MAIL AND PACKAGES THAT DON'T NEED TO BE OPENED. THEY CAN'T EVEN DELIVER MAIL AND PACKAGES TO THE RIGHT ADDRESS AND IF YOU SAY SOMETHING TO THEM THEY ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTBLE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

This post office is horrible, my packages in the last month are being returned indicating the wrong address which is a lie since I am receiving orders from the same company during the month. They need to learn how to READ and deliver before returning my packages!!!

I was looking for a place to mail an important document on Saturday 9/19/2020. I drove to Norwalk to mail it from 20 miles away, because they were the only office open in the area. They were listed on their website as being open until until 3pm. I arrived at 2:40 pm. I needed a Priority envelope, which they hadn’t stocked in the lobby. So I asked the desk clerk for one and was given one. So I stepped outside the inner door to fill out the To and From addresses. Upon finishing at 2:50pm, I tried to re-enter the main desk area. I was denied entrance and told that they were closed, even though it was 2:50 and their website listed them as being open until 3pm. I asked for the lady’s supervisor and was told that there was no supervisor there. I asked for het name so that I could discuss it with her supervisor on Monday. She refused to give me her name. She had no identification displayed, which I believe is against Postal regulations. I will take the time to return Monday to take the matter up with Supervision.

Our postal deliverer had better get another job! Because we apparently had NO mail to deliver, he walked right past our house without even checking if we had outgoing mail (which we DID!). Which caused us to have to make a trip IN PERSON, to the post office, just to get our outgoing mail to GO OUT!! And the postal service wants HOW MANY MORE BILLIONS OF OUR HARD-EARNED TAX DOLLARS, to make up a deficit?? TRY DOING YOUR *JOB* FIRST, before we talk about giving you MORE MONEY! I'M TOTALLY FLABBERGASTED!!!

I am not happy with the service I got , came in to buy some stamps and mail my letter out . Clerk kept my letter on her counter area . I did say I can drop it in the mailbox she said I will send out for you . Well guess what ! My letter was never mailed out and now i don’t know who I can talk to regarding this issue . It was a very important letter I am very disappointed they lost my mail 😠
