We Live in the new development called Sea Haven. I have been receiving my mail opened, missing and other neighbors mail on a regular basis. I have complained and filed missing claims. Still having a problem saying mail that wasn’t delivered was delivered. What can be done to help us? Thank you

Nothing can be done except for calling the postal generals office and making a complaint about what’s going on. You can file for a complaint and it will go to the post office, they will see it and hopefully stop the shnanagins. One time I had 7 packages missing that ended up being in a different parcel box and they just had given me the wrong key. They really are not that good at their job sometimes in the marina post office deliveries at least them. The ladies inside are wonderful but they also are forbidden to do certain things and can’t do but the policies, they never step outside I think or think about what the person and their privacy how important that is. My packages were opened, tampered with and the post office could have cared less. So really unless the post office wants to help and step outside policies nothing can be done. I’m sorry you have to deal with this issue.
