Worst post office on earth .doesn’t provide trash and so it looks like a post office in San Fran or some other city plagued with homeless

Hi, I am Jose Sandoval, I purchase 2 items on eBay to ship to a current resident in Mammoth Lakes, CA. but apparently I din't put the full address, in that case it is possible to approach the post office, since eBay indicates that the packages are there, and if possible, what information would I need to collect the packages.
