The Malibu location is the worst place to ship items. The clerk tries to send your packages for the highest amount possible when the customer clearly wants to ship the cheapest route. Tried to box both packages ad send for $22 when they were sall items that are meant for flat rate envelopes. She finally changes them to the envelopes after much hassle (and after telling me my first class pre-packaged at home items have to go Priority). Worst experience ever. Do not ship here! Use Calabasas or other surrounding locations that actually help their customers.
