Just talked to Bob about a tracking stopping at the Sac facility. He said I don't know what to tell you, I cant reach out an touch it. Seriously Bob? You are employed by me. You didn't ask for my tracking # at least make it look like you care. No wonder USPS sucks most of the time.

Not sure what these people are talking about. Bob and Steve are great. They are always helpful and even go above and beyond to help us out.

i am very upset about the attitude of Bob. i was scheduled to receive 2 packages and did not get them. Bob was no help at all giving me paradises number and saying i don't think there help you. he was very rude.My tracking says its out for delivery but got nothing. My mail carrier is always giving us our neighbors mail who have same address but different street and im worried they got them and ill never see my packages so im out of the money i spent. Thanks for no help.

These guys customer service suck. If I was to rate them in a scale of 1-10, I'd give them a 0.
I was suppose to get a package delivered to my home today, I waited all day and nothing came. So I checked online becuase I had a tracking number, it said it was already out for delivery. I called USPS Magalia, CA, my local USPS branch. I told them whats going on and if I can give them the tracking number and find out for me what the deal is, the guy told me "No, I can't, I'm doing deposit right now. You can come down and check for yourself if you want" SO RUDE AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL. At least forward me to someone else who isn't busy or something. Even if everyone is busy, atleast get my info and give me a call back when you can. We pay for this crap? Definitely not worth it, I am so disappointed. YOU CAN'T HELP ME FIGURE OUT WHERE MY PACKAGE IS? WELL WHAT'S THE POINT OF YOU WORKING AND GETTING PAID.
