I tried callin gthe Phone number listed on here 707-274-1294 and the call just hung up, no ring. I tried several times. Is there a different local direct number to call? I want to make sure I have the PO Box address correct. Just moved to Lucerne, May 2024.

Today May 9th I went early to find out why have not seen my package that was delivered on May 1st ? The guy behind the wall heard me ask the counter person, and answered yup we had a dyslexia moment, with a giggle, and brought my parcels around to the counter. That comment triggered some anger that I have been wondering where my two packages were for 8 days!??? Why were they not placed in my mailbox or why wasn’t i notified? The two people working spoke back at me saying sorry but people do make mistakes, too which i understand but someone with diagnosed dyslexia really helping by working at this post office, there are other jobs, and I have seen many complaints about this post office . It’s been a continuing issue for me since I have moved here.

I personally went into the Lucerne,CA office and put in a change of address. I've never received a package of validation of change of address in the mail. My Lucerne address was 6404 12th Ave P.O.Box 442 Lucerne, CA The change was to 109 Charles Ct Vallejo, CA 94591 Please contact me about this issue, as soon as possible. I put this request in first of January 2019. There has another change from 109 Charles Ct Vallejo CA 94591 Going to P.O.Box 5706 Vallejo, CA 94591 Request in January on 17 2019. At that time I requested one from P.O.Box 442 Lucerne, CA 95489 To P.O.Box 5706 Vallejo CA 94591 I haven't received a welcome packet from that. I'm ready concerned Thank you, Polly Felan 707121375

Hi do u make paper copies.my car insurance company sent me a return slip on my email that I have to printout to send back to them and I don't know where to get one printed out
