I should have had two pkgs delivered yesterday, plug shows being delivered, I was home all day and pkgs were not delivered. There seems to be a problem with deliveries in my area. Mail is being delivered haphazardly some days not at all. My address is 5605 West 64th Street, Los Angeles CA 90056. I am very disappointed with the service or lack of service.
Been a month and still no package. Seller sent through Priority Mail from NC to Fresno, Ca. and been stuck at the L.A. USPS Distribution Center for almost a month now! Filed a complaint and missing mail, USPS replied they "received my complaint" but basically we all know what it means....."YOU'LL GET IT WHEN YOU GET IT!!!!" Hope seller will refund for now until I get the package, which I highly doubt!
I have been sent over half a dozen emails saying my item would arrive Fri 3/26/21. Day comes, No item . Just another email saying Late. LA to SF area takes over 4 days? You could deliver it by Mule in that time. Going to use Fedex/UPS from now on
I have been tracking a package that I have been waiting on. This package was supposed to be delivered on 3/25/2021. When I went to track again, it says that it is on its way to the next facility. Had my local post office track this as well and they said that it is still at the LA distribution center. Where is this package and when should I expect to receive it? LY68 5161 395C NIn Transit. The USPS is worthless. You can no longer PAY to send a letter or package and expect that it will arrive at its destination on time or even in a reasonable amount of time. Tracking a package is useless because the information is not updated and you can't get any information other than "it's delayed" The employees are rude and unprofessional and lack the work ethic of postal employees from long ago. I'm done with the USPS and I can understand why companies like American Express are dropping the postal service as their method of mail delivery.
On 02/19/2021 at approximately 3:00 pm one of your drivers completely passed a stop sign and made me slam on my brakes. Two blocks down he passed another stop sign without even stoping. He was also driving with his airpods on which probably explains why the fool wasn't paying attention to the street signs or heard my warning honk to alert him I was there. Keep in mind he did all this literally a block away from the post office on Verona Street and Woods Avenue. Those streets are in a residential area where there could have been children crossing or any innocent person walking. The truck had a number located on the back (7532320) I hope this helps locate the driver and give him proper training on safe driving.
I'm on the 2200 block of 29th Place. On Tuesday January 5, 2021 I left a return package for the mail person to pick up and today it's still sitting on my porch by the mailbox. My regular mail person is on vacation. Whenever this replacement person is on this route we have problems with the mail services.
I'm going to wait for the mail person tomorrow and hand deliver it so it gets returned to the department store before I get charged late fees. This is crazy 3 days and counting.

Email inquiries aren't answered and Customer Svc phone calls (automated, not live person) says they can't track. What is status of my envelope and when can I expect it to reach destination in Vancouver, B.C.? Thank you.
Management must resolve the wait time for mail pick ups at this location. For the past several months, the persons responsible for working this counter doesn't arrive until 20 to 30 minutes after the business is open. Also, there's always 2 to 3 persons working the at the purchasing counters, but always, only one person working the pick up counter. My wait time each visit is usually 45 to 90 minutes. With COVID 19 being an issue, they need to have several persons working this counter to move people out quickly as this line usually has more people in for business than the line for purchases.

I am also trying to locate a package that was shipped from Dongguan, China to me here in the US back in July and I still haven't received nor can I locate it!!!! Furious because they won't answer the phone!
I also have had a packaged delivered to LA that I ordered from China , I do not know why. The address I put was Hawaiian and when I track the package it says it went to LA and was delivered there. Did you ever resolve this issue?

Just wanted to compliment one of the postal employees who took extra time to help me yesterday. Her name is Lena, and she w1orks at the LA office, Main Call Center. I used a self-service kiosk to mail some package items. I accidentally got the postage and tracking numbers mixed up and then I didn't know what postage/track # went with what package. Lena stayed on the phone with me and patiently read the three tracking numbers back to me so I could figure out what package went with what postage. She helped me straighten it all out. Just wanted to let know know about her assistance. BIG HELP! I know the post office gets slammed a lot, but I rely on them every day, and for the most part (just a couple of glitches over the years) they never let me down. Thank you for the good service and kudos to Lean for her time and patience.
We mailed our package from San Diego to Arkansas August 24, 2020.
Last notification was it was in transit in August 29, 2020. We insured it for $1000 since we have had this kind of problem before. We are told we have to file a claim before 60 days or lose it completely.
USPS Customer Service says its in the Los Angeles Network Distribution Center which has an unknown address.
If anyone knows how to find this center please tell us. We will pick the package up and take it ourselves.
I have the exactly same situation as yours. My package stuck in LA distributor center for TWO already. My family shipped a package from Taiwan do the state and insured for $1500. I tried to call them but no one answered the phone. If you find out any info which we can contact them, please please let me know.

My package tracking says delivered, but I never received at all. Plus the zip code they said delivery is not my zip code . I confront the mail carrier and was so rude said I don’t know where’s your package however she doesn’t do her job right . Comes hella late to delivery 🚚 . I open a case I still haven’t receive no response . Smh this has never happen to me I always receive packages from This company . Never has a problem until now!
Hello I really need to get in touch with someone I just went to the West Hollywood fairfax location to send a package to South America. I nicely asked the lady how to send it . She rudely said to get out of the window and go get a form and write the address.I came back didn't say anything , she got mad at me saying you also need to write it on the box, following she yells at me GET IT TOGETHER, called me DUMB and stupid...I lost it I asked to talk to someone or a manager they other lady called me a C....NT ....is this seriously the treatment we receive in west hollywood ?

I sent a package from Tucson, AZ to West Allis, WI on July 17, 2020. It was received at USPS, 7101 S. Central Ave on July 19, 2020. As of today day July 29, 2020 it has not left the facility. It shows in transit. This was a very special birthday gift for my daughter who’s birthday was today. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with the service. I will never mail a package through USPS again!

I had to start looking for a new Postal office because im afraid of this employees . This employees literally scream at you . The LA's Postal Office do not hire qualified mailmen, because they lack knowledge. Mailmen simply can not read or understand English language, even the numbers. They always deliver my letters to my neighbor. Besides, those mailmen are always on their cell phones. If you ask any question, they will avoid a person. Mailmen are lacking knowledge and humanity.

How cold hearted can the employees of the USPS be? I sent my son, who is newly paralyzed from the waist down and is in 90028, comics and books to read during the pandemic. Someone at the USPS LA removed all the books and comics and repackaged a single trophy in a new package so it would show delivered. I will never ever send a package via the USPS.
My local p.o. is at 7035 Laurel Canyon Blvd., North Hollywood. Every Tuesday I get the ads from local stores. Last week I got them on Thurs. and so far none this week. This is an inconvenience, but also it is fraud on the part of the p.o. I'm sure the p.o. gets paid to deliver these ads. I was told if there was a lot of mail they don't deliver them. What else don't they bother to deliver? Not reasonable service.
