Have not received our mail consistently in 5 weeks. None at all in these past 2 weeks. This happens each time our regular mail carrier is off

I live in Lemert Park and an elderly postman came to my door to deliver a letter that I had to sign for. I didn't notice at first, but he stood at my door and he had no mask on. He also had no gloves on. He stood right next to me and took the card that I signed to receive the letter. I asked him why he wasn't socially distancing and had no mask on and he said, "I don't like wearing a mask. It's not comfortable for me. I was shocked. he could potentially infect so many people. This happened on Good Friday at around 7pm. I am so concerned because I don't know if he is infected or not. Please do something to protect the citizens from this man. Thank you.
