April 23 and still no mail delivery at our mail quad on Heather st Has been THREE WEEKS SO FAR ANd NO RESPONSE FROM usps lodi office. THANKS again

I like my normal mail man but every now and then I have a sub lady who is not very good at doing her job. The current complaint is "animal interference" for a package I am waiting for. I live in an apartment complex with two mail lock boxes. Both still had keys in them so they didn't even use that option. Also I was home all day with my dogs inside the house. Maybe my barking Boston terrier scared her too much.

Lazy postal employee had two packages for me yesterday. Not only did they not arrive, at 8:00 p.m. I get a notification that says "customer moved with no notice." NO, moron, I was sitting in my living room waiting for you, with my porch light and my house lights on, and my house number clearly marked on my mailbox in glow in the dark numbers. Clearly, this idiot drove down the street, saw my neighbors empty house (because he just DIED), decided that was a good excuse, and potentially screwed up my future mail service by marking my mail this way. I am very very pissed right now, cuz I'm going to have to go to the Post office to clear this up since they never answer their phone. While I'm there, I'm going to ask who was delivering yesterday, because I am lodging a complaint. This is massive BS. We had a great carrier for many years, and now they have stuck her on a new route because she is one of the best and it's a brand new subdivision with nothing planned out. And now we get whoever's around delivering our mail, and they suck!

Haven’t had mail for 2 days no Lodi paper paid for subscription but haven’t received paper. Our mail is usually delivered late after 8PM not consistent delivery time

This is the fourth day that out going mail was not picked up at the apartments on Harney Lane. I know because I see the mail I put out the morning of August 20,2022. Should I be reporting this to Sacramento?

Just this morning as I was taking my little chihuahua to the restroom, the mailman came and decided to spray my dog with mace because of a few barks. As I confronted him about his action, he said with a disrespectful tone that he didn't care and just walked away. This was at the houses around Holly Dr. Something needs to be done about this man.

My mail was in the wrong mailbox 4 blocks away and what wasn’t in the wrong box was all over the ground.😡 that person brought me what they could find.

This post office is ridiculous, they have my prescription glasses in their box since April 13 today may 4 th I have not received my glasses , it says in tracking delivered to Lodi that is it, no other information, I can not get a hold of anyone, use UPS, post office is unreliable they should be put out of business

Postal carrier will not deliver to our home because she's afraid of our dog. If our door is open she writes on the mail. If your afraid of animals in homes or the possibility of an animal in a home maybe this is not the job for you!!

I have had nothing but trouble with this office. I can never get a call through - it rings and rings and I'll keep retrying for hours sometimes and nobody answers. I recently kicked an ex out of my home and he went back to Florida, filed a change of address and my carrier decided to forward MY mail and MY packages. My ex never even got mail at my home so they shouldn't have even noticed a change in the mail. I have filled out the card stating who is living there and who can receive there multiple times- when I finally got through one time they told me my personal carrier had marked my house vacant and was not delivering my mail but forwarding it. I have now received word that a package was delivered in my mailbox yesterday, went home and went to open my LOCKED communal box- no package, no keys for the locker, nothing. But I cannot get a hold of ANYONE to help me. This is absolutely frustrating. Important packages are not appearing but being marked delivered. I am beyond frustrated.

What is going on with our postal service? I show dogs, and have for the past 8 years. I mail my entries to Pinole CA, which I usually do on a Monday, and my entires have always made it by Wednesday the cut off time. I've entered 2 shows recently and have even driven it to the post office at 1:00 on Monday, My entries haven't made it! What is going on with your service---feel that I am not getting your service. What is going on? AND NO, it wasn't a holiday during this period. I am not a very happy person! Amazon has no problems sending items to me, almost over night.

I had a package delivered that was ripped open enough to see the contents and was marked fragile. This is absolutely rediculous. Someone’s getting hit for a federal crime.

I live six blocks from the post office, but yet my mail doesn't arrive until between 6 and 7 o'clock at night. I don't understand it but every day, same time.

I moved in March back to Lodi and have noticed on numerous occasions that my mail has not showed up until sometimes 4pm, which is okay but I have had mail to be sent out sitting to be mailed for 2 days along with my neighbors mail too. Some of these things need to be postmarked by a certain date so I eventually take it to the post office to me mailed, but this is getting out of hand because it is becoming a habit to happen 3 or more times a month!
