I have used the Annex to drop off packages for over 20 years. I just about go there every day and have never had problems with my packages. This last month I dropped off 22 packages and 5 of them were never scanned into the system. There is NO tracking at all. I contacted them and was told there was a new person and that they have soooo many packages that they can't scan them all. So I am held responsible when a package doesn't arrive because the Post Office NEVER scanned it. Not scanned in Livermore or Oakland or anywhere. Isn't this their JOB! I was told that they have sooo many Amazon packages its making it impossible to scan. Maybe USPS shouldn't be handling Amazon packages. I was told to go into the main post office and have them scan the packages. This is not ok! And I agree with Bruno, Ana is great.
