I've had it, we keep getting our next door neighbors mail. Today we got 2 of our letters and 5 of there's. Two day in a row now. I also had a parcel sent to me and the tracking on it shows it was delivered. Well it's not here! Did there driver deliver to wrong house or did they STEAL IT? Which ever they need to be "FIRED". We have had this discussion before.
How are you going to fix this and your course of action?
My next course of action is to send it up the chain and inform them that the management/supervisors at this facility, can not handle there personnel and should be relieved of there position.
This is BULL CRAP! There is a key broken off in the key slot in box number 1P, so items place in there cannot be retrieved. This in and of itself is not a problem, after all, things do break. The ideal thing would be to give notice to all carriers of the situation and discontinue using that particular box until it is fixed. Unfortunately, that is not the case. This is the second day in a row that my package has been locked in that box and I cannot get it out. Sure, I can go through customer service and resolve it that way, which is what I did last Monday and the issue was resolved by USPS personnel removing that item the next day and placing it into another box. Problem solved, right? Wrong. Another package of mine was then placed in the broken parcel box and locked in. Now I can't get it out. I really hate to be "That guy" who likes to complain as if I've never made mistakes, but this seems so easily resolvable. At least to me. I have gone through the usual customer service procedures on this one and I'm sure it will get resolved. But to ensure that some else doesn't have the same issue I thought I might address it this was also. Thank You for your time on this matter. Request# 22472566

In what seems to be such an easy fix. I find myself still without my package. After speaking with someone this morning who assured me that this problem would be taken care of today, I get home and check my mailbox only to see that they removed the parcel key, but still no package. I have been very patient, but this is getting ridiculous. FIX THIS

This is not the first time my parcel is left with a key that opens my package and the parcel being left open. My package was gone and I already reported this twice.
Whoever delivers mail on this route is beyond lazy. Before relocating here to Lemoore, CA I lived in the mountains (way off the beaten path) and I always got my Netflix DVDs regularly with very few exceptions; however, at this address I am lucky if I get them once a week. Total bullshit..Get your shit together USPS and fire the lazy losers you have on the payroll (not that this review will mean shit to an american govt agency...) Very unhappy postal customer...
