Our outgoing mail is not getting picked up. I have spoken with the carrier and the situation has not changed. The lock doesn't work. The carrier said he would report it (since the lock says US Postal). Nothing has been done. I have been on hold with the USPS for 20 minutes and expect to be on hold for at least another 10-25 minutes. This is terrible service.
