Once last week and again this week we have gotten someone else’s mail.

Post office DOES NOT ANSWER PHONE! I haven’t received mail for 5 days and need to know why!

Have tried to cancel forwarding since jan 5 2134 1900 0028 1930 response: Red caution symbol We are unable to modify your Change-of-Address at this time because it is still being processed. Please come back after 72 hours called ... cannot get a human !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst post office in the WORLD!!! My mail carrier drove directly into my trash cans, and when I confronted him about it, he said he didn't "hit" my trash cans, he "moved" them out of the way. One, they were not in his way. I intentionally moved them near the neighbor's driveway so that he had more than enough space to put the mail in the mailboxes. He's so lazy and too fat to LEAN out of the car. Then he proceeds to tell me that he can deliver the mail on another day for me. Why? The mailbox is right in front of him. I don't understand how hard it is to lean out of the car to put mail into the boxes. Literally, my "full" trash can was on the sidewalk, because he hit it. I told him, now the trash collector won't pick up the trash can because it's on the sidewalk. Unbelievable! It sucks that we have such a horrible system. We really do need to privatize the mail system. Never thought I would say that.

Waiting on mail to deliver, was supposed to deliver on the August 31st and it is now September3rd and no delivery and no attempt slip I called the HB main office and the customer service person said I had to have a slip on my door or on the mailbox to be able to come pick it up, and then they hung up on me. I realize it’s busy for everyone but really? The online tracking says it has been with the delivery driver for 3 days, but is not delivered yet. The person on the phone said the online tracking has nothing to do with actual real time, so WHY HAVE ONLINE TRACKING THEN?! I just want to go pick it up at the HB main office, but I am stuck in limbo where they can’t help me, apparently the driver has had it for days, they are too backed up to deliver, but because I don’t have a piece of paper I can’t come get it myself?? Help!

I just wanted to give a huge THANK YOU to the manager, Mike at the HB post office. I have had quite a few issues with my mail as if late and Mike really stepped up to the plate to ensure my packages arrive safely to me. So thank you again Mike for the extra efforts made in these truly trying times ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Who ever the mail men that passes in 17142 emerald ln HB is always late i dont get my mail till 5pm or there is no mail at all not even the specials. Wild in other places the mail man always at 2pm wth? You guys need to investigate wth? 😠😡

Why can’t the mail person put the dam package through or over the gate,,, really so they leave it in front on the gate????? You couldn’t have pushed it 12 inches to the other side of the gate!!!!!!Every time you get a new mail person there are issues!!!! We have so many thefts with all the vagrants it is even worse! Mail people please make a conscious effort!

It’s 5:45 pm and all coaches have to take the stairs to get their mail. At least 25 coaches the residents are between 87 to 100. 30 are over 70. And the rest of the residents are over 55. It’s dark and since this is the design of the Atlanta post office maybe there should be a change of supervision. The risk of falling to collect their mail for seniors exceed 50% and the thought this is a good way to set up seniors for identity theft is probably 75%

Received notice that delivery was attempted. However, NO delivery to the office was attempted as we are all in the office. It would seem the lazy carrier didn't feel like delivering a package that did not fit in the box! He/she did not come up elevator 3 flights to deliver the package! He/she did not do their job, as they are paid for. I suggest this person find a new job if he/she doesn't feel like doing the one they are paid for! Also, tried calling, phone rings 4-5 times and disconnects. DISHONEST!

I am complaining about our mail delivery person who is incompetent. He cannot deliver the mail to the correct address. We have found unopened mail dropped in the street that belongs two streets away. When a vacation hold is placed, he never pays attention. We all have to cooperate as neighbors and check on each other because we ask the mail to be held, but he delivers it anyway. Then when he finally becomes aware that the mail is supposed to be on hold, he holds it but fails to read the notice about when to redeliver the mail. This last time I had to go to the post office to retrieve it myself. I finally got informed delivery because I have no trust that he is able to deliver my mail correctly and I need to know what is supposed to be delivered. I had items emailed to me in informed delivery this morning, but when I went to the mailbox, he had not delivered them. There is something wrong with this man. He needs to be taken off mail delivery and put in other capacity where he can do no harm. The people who live across Palm in Surf Crest have the same complaints about him as we do in our neighborhood. Not only that when you try to talk to him about delivery, he has a bad attitude. I have never experienced this kind of poor service in more than 60 years of receiving mail. The management needs to do something about him. If there is nothing done at this level, I will go to the next level. He is not competent.

Huntington Beach CA post office is almost impossible to reach. After about 10 rings phone drops off. I try to avoid dealing with HB but do no have my pick of post offices. I have not received mail for two days. Don’t care about most of the mail BUT I WANT MY MARKET ADDS THAT USUALLY COME ON TUESDAY. does anybody care?!?!?

Someone needs to contact me immediately about carrier theft. You received an email today from the Edgewatwe,Fl post office about this. My next call will be Huntington Beach Police. Maybe you should answer your phones

Like the others state, phone rings and rings then disconnects. Had mail on a hold for 6 days and can't get it delivered. No luck in picking up at post office either. We need to go to a private system instead of all these overpaid idiots being paid by our tax dollars. No wonder I know numerous people who no longer trust them with anything

Just tried calling the HB Post Office at the number listed on this website. Someone took the time to pick up the phone and hangup the call. Amazing!

Horrible. Absolutely horrible service. I have a package currently stuck in my mail box that has been there for the past four days because my package key won't work and they have done NOTHING to help but to tell me the key works when it clearly doesn't. When asked to have the package removed and placed at my door they said they can't do that.

I find the parking not that bad because the turnover is constant. . I have been here 5 times in Dec with it being very busy. There are some very good people behind the counter and I always find the customers worth watching. Some are very comical since they do not come prepared. Wrap and address your packages before you go in.

it only took me 8 times of calling for someone to answer 16 minutes of ringing probably drove them nuts.

Never answered the phone !!!!!!

Every time I have called the Warner post office, they have NEVER answered the phone. Why do they even have a phone? So, I've gone to this post office to speak with someone in person who assured me they would look into my inquiry (why my mail didn't get delivered on several occasions) and call me back. I never got a call back. Today a package arrived completely opened. I called to ask about this. No answer. Sometimes my envelopes are opened when I receive them. I cannot get anyone to answer my concerns. There are a bunch of imbeciles working there. I bet chimps could do a better job.
