The gustine ca 95322 usps is too lazy Mos time delivery too late the packets

I had a package coming today and sat on my front porch for an hour and then got a notification saying my delivery attempt but front porch was not accessible. And the attempt was while I was sitting there. No one came to my house at all.

Last Friday the postal worker walked up to the front door and threw my mail on the step. I went out to check my mailbox and all the mail in it belonged to my neighbor
