Worst operation I have seen in over 70 years of using the USPS. I was given three keys that were supposed to fit the box I was assigned in the community mailbox area. None of the keys worked. I complained several times with no results. I was finally told to leave a key with the USPS and they would send someone to fix the problem so that the keys would work. To my knowledge, no one ever came and the problem still exists after two weeks of waiting. I am a retired veteran Lt Col with over 21 years of service in the U S Air Force. I am a diabetic and receive multiple medicines from the VA that are supposed to be delivered by mail. This is totally unacceptable service for a Vietnam war veteran who served this country faithfully for so long. If this matter is not resolved within a few days, I will have no choice other than to report this matter to the Post Office IG or the Postmaster General directly. Everyone, regardless of status, creed, color or religion deserves better as a taxpaying citizen of these United States!!!

Can you put in change of address on line?

I towed a vehicle on Fri. 12/17/2021 and was told by California Highway Patrol to seek payment through the Postal Service they have more then acceptable insurance to cover the head on accident. After several attempts to call them and reading these reviews I'm not so sure they are going to. If for some reason someone actually cares to fix this so I stopped getting chewed out at for it please call 5305452445 or Celestial Towing directly. If not add this to the several reviews here going with the class action suit against the Grass Valley Postal Service.

My mailman is the grumpiest guy. He plays loud music or talks on the phone while delivering mail.He routinely throws my packages, even fragile ones, over the gate and down three steps, without getting out of his truck.. about five or six feet. Even the fragile ones.

Service has gotten terrible!!! Carriers will not deliver to our house or business any more. Worse, the carrier lies about attempted delivery- at our business- when we’re there!!! I’ve gone to the post office to try to rectify this issue, filled out papers, still an issue. Try calling, don’t bother, it just hangs up on you. We’re forced to drive 10 miles to town to get our supplies needed for the business. Oh, forgot to mention that our business mailbox is on our property, the mailbox is literally in our parking lot.

Terrible EXPERIENCE TRYING TO REACH THE postmaster when the mail carrier ran into and then later tore my private mailbox lid OFF AND LEFT IT ON THE GROUND WITH EYE WITNESSES!!! It took me six weeks to get a return call from the postmaster and now it has been six months waiting for new "cluster boxes" to be installed to help avoid mail theft and mail carrier damage to our private boxes. Still can not reach Dana the postmaster after 8 weeks of trying to get a live voice. She promised installation by August and not one word nor any movement on cluster box installation, and Im still with a damaged private mailbox. Horrible govt process, no transparency and no service when they damage our private mailboxes. I just want the postmaster to return my call as promised months ago. with a response as she agreed to 120 days ago!!! Or just email a claim form as I originally requested. There is no way to file a claim when the govt damages our mailboxes, good luck finding one! I want action by the usps and to either install the cluster boxes as we have requested for the patron and mail carrier's safety from the blind curve or provide a claim form and a pace for the witnesses to add their input, and send it to this email. This is NOT acceptable that the postmaster does not follow thru or take care of a project, nor is it acceptable that no lve voice answers the phone. It just rings and rings- NOHING but horrible lack of service!

It really sucks to continuously be lied about and to. Several times the postal service has said something has attempted to be delivered but no one at residence or unable to deliver to customer. A bottle of lotion wouldn't fit in parcel locker? Or regular mailbox? But big boxes of multiple items can be crammed into parcel locker? When I order stuff online I will start canceling my orders if shipped USPS. I've only lived her 5 years and have had more postal problems than I have had in my 56 years . Btw I'm disabled and am always home...l absolutely cannot stand grass valley postal workers r lazy and liars!! The place is a joke. Rain or shine sleet or snow my butt!!

I have dropped mail in mailbox outside the mailbox office on Combie Rd. 2 times in this past week. It is stuffed full and notice same packages & mail in box. I am seriously wondering if the postal service has stopped gathering the mail at that location. Please get on it!!

I love our post office!!!

When you hire people you need to ask them a critical question, have you played with the different shape blocks when you where a kid? Like square, Star ect. The reason is because I nearly broke the item that I bought that happens to be a circle that went into a square box. This item was 6 1/2 inch around. Your lucky it didn’t break!

Can NEVER reach this location by phone... after listening to a ridiculously long recorded message, you’re then directed to stay on the line if you’d like to speak to someone... it rings twice, then you’re cut off... fast beeping tone ensues. Arrrgh.

They are not nice ,,, short with u on the phone ,,, was told she was going to find poo it why my packages were being marked as undeliverable or problem with address and being sent Bak,,, ,,, When I called and told her she said iu d do a hold on my mail which I had done but I also said I want all that was there not shipped Bak before the holdwas done and she said ok.... Now she hasn't called me last Thursday NM ow it is TT uesday and some gal (her) says she will leave amessage and put me on hold and now called Bak ten times to get more answer..... In the mean time my iteam are getting sent by am and I am on SSI and cat pay to reship things I need!!!!!! The people suck that work there ...they just want a pay check but not help the customers

No mail delivery on Clover Valley Road on 12/06/2017.

The postman who delivers in the South County of GV drives way to fast. He often drives down our private drive where the speed limit is 10mph. He barrels down the road exceeding this speed and almost hit my dog today. I have also had mail for neighbors in my mailbox on numerous occasions.

I am obviously wasting my money on delivery fees because my parcels are not delivered on time. Instead, I receive a pink notice to collect my parcel from the post office. This is mail carrier dependent and the person delivering mail this month doesn't attempt to deliver parcels. There is a notice in my mail box that parcels can be placed in the pump house so having dogs is no excuse for not attempting delivery. We live on property and the pump house is at the start of our drive. We want our usual driver back as the current one obviously has no critcal thinking or customer service skills.

Why can everyone EXCEPT the grass valley post office deliver a package. When you pay for second day shipping you should get your package in two days. Not a notice that your package is 20 min away from you, come and get it. And when you get there you are told it's still on the carrier, even though you stopped and asked the carrier and she never even loaded it... So you get to do several unnecessary trips to get your package that anyone else would have had to you days sooner. This is the sixth time...

For w hile other people's mail has been in my box.Lately it has been a lot worse.Yesterday my mail was on top of the box.The situation worsens as the weeks go by.Very poor and unusual for USPS.
