Recently I have noticed that I am receiving mail that belongs to someone other than any of the members in my house hold. My neighbors have told me that they have had similar experiences.
Also, from time to time, the mail boxes are not being shut / locked properly and stay open, which of course is not safe.
I wanted to share this and hope it can be resolved. Thank you in advance!

I'm very disappointed with USPS they were supposed to deliver some packages today. They didn't knock at my door or anything. They said there was no safe place and a note was left I don't see no note.
The package delivery guy who is on my video deliberately throws the package onto the brick steps breaking contents twice this week with total disregard for decency. He
leaves the package not at the door where it is sheltered from rain or can be easily stolen but in public view on the bottom of the steps. I need to file broken items now with Usps and am bringing the video to management. The gentleman has a pronounced limp, is speaking on his cellphone loudly and is obviously very unhappy at his job.
I am writing to praise our mail carrier, Joe, on Burchett St in Glendale. He is the best Postie we have ever had! He is courteous, kind, helpful and respectful. I hope he gets the praise he deserves from management, because he is really an integral part of our neighborhood.
Why is the PO Office Lobby on Broadway & Kenwood no longer open @ 6:00am.
It is extremely inconvenient and you haven’t even changed the lobby hours on the door. You have people standing at the door to get their mail and they have no idea when it will open.
Like everything else in Glendale this is run badly with no thought about the customer. If you are not going to open at 6:00am you should at least post new hours on the door.
No one is going to get Covid-19 by picking up their mail in an empty lobby.
This is extremely inconvenient and unnecessary. Any typical of Glendale always picking the worst option
It is impossible to reach anyone working at Glendale Main by phone. I've been living in my 91207 home for over 40 years and at first never had any problems with misdirected mail or carrier issues. In the psst 8 years trouble arose. I tried to contact the Postmaster to no avail. The number rings sometimes 20 rings and then disconnects. No one ever answers. I've filed a report with the Postal Customer Service people. I've been told that I'd receive a call back from Glendale Main. I'm holding my breath.
It's paculiar when a phone is listed but it disconnects after several rings..Not Funny. Nevertheless I've ventured into two different locations in a failed attempt to cancel a forwarding address notice which our son set up when he moved from our home. Now over 1 1/2 years it returns my mail to the sender then forwards it to our son's home in Irvine where it is rerouted to our home in Glendale. Why is it junk mail nevers has this problem??
