I have been having trouble getting my mail delivered to my post office box in Caspar for 3 years now. I filed a complaint with the postal service six months ago and got no action. Yesterday (April 30, 2122) they delivered 31 pieces of mail to my kiosk box some of which had been sent 6 MONTHS ago. All the missing bills, etc etc which caused a major hardship (late charges, canceled service) for me were delivered in one fell swoop. No explanation was given. I'm at my wits end. I've never seen such incompetence in any post office ever, and being 78 years old I've had dealings with a lot of them. Where do I go to get this fixed?
I consistently have packages scanned as delivered, even though I don’t actually receive them that day. When you complain, your told they scan them when they go in the truck. But they aren’t scanned delivered until after 4:30?
So i was waiting for my brand new iphone i had just orderd online. I checked tracking and it was suppost to arrive yesterday. I checked my mail box because it said “package was left at mailbox” and nothing there. No one from my house got it so i was super sad because i thought it was lost. So my neighbor came this morning and brought me a package that was mistakenly left in his mail box. So that is my review about this shitty post office and there dumb mail drivers. Its already happenfd twice in the last two months. Never using this service again in my life!!! Thank you.,
seriously slow package processing, i've never been more disappointed. Even though my packages arrive before post office closes, I can't pick them up for two days after they arrive because no body scans and processes the arriving packages. they just sit there in a bulk package bin. I wont be having packages delivered here anymore.
Unfortunately your post was never given any attention by the post office. At least the same thing is happening to me on repeated instances five years later.
