When we lived in an area off Happy Pines, our mail was always delivered accurately. Now we live in the Greenridge/Birchwood area and we always get the wrong mail and wrong packages. Almost every day there is a wrong piece of mail in our mailbox. We and our neighbors have complained but it hasn't helped.
The lady who works there is probably the most lazy and incompetent person I’ve ever dealt with. We live off the main road in Foresthill and about half the time they can bring our boxes to us or put it in our box, the other half they just say they can’t deliver it and we have go to the post office to pick it up. Once we’re there, the lady can never find it. I literally will turn around and wait to see the older gentlemen in there because I’m sick of her not even going to look. Just tells me it’s not there. I have filled out every form she’s given me to get them to just deliver our boxes to our house, but they can’t figure it out. She looks at me like I’m asking for her first born every time I go in there asking what is going on or where my package is.
My packages are put in wrong boxes, late or never arrive. This is a normal occurrence and is just unacceptable. I am currently waiting for medication that was transferred to USPS on 11/7/202 and once again, still not here. slow..slow...slow..
So how many times my package will depart your location??? I can track my package and just keep going back to your location? arrived at your location departed your location and arrived again??? Why are you guys holding my package? it’s just an iPhone charger.
So my package was returned to sender. Why? It wouldn't have fit into my mailbox anyway. The mail carrier didn't try to come knock on the door, didn't leave a slip saying l had a package, just returned my package to sender. Get out of your truck, come knock on the door and figure it out. So lazy. Now l have to go to the post office multiple times to even see if l can track this thing down.
Time and time again we get other peoples mail in our box !!! so never know if ours goes somewhere else? The mail service up here needs some much improvement on there service. Thank You for your time now to find where the people are that we got there mail.
